They deserve a “negative five” on customer service & product satisfaction. We purchased over $1,000 in burgundy blend rocks to beautify our new home. When we purchased our next scoop, the rocks came with a lot of gravel, clay, dirt & junk. We tried to return them & they wouldn’t do anything about it because it was Saturday & the owners were off. We were told that we needed to talk to the owners. We gave them our contact information. It’s been 6 weeks now & no call back. Each time I call & ask to speak with the owners, I’m told they’re not in. I’ve left several messages to no avail. My top layer of rocks look disgusting. If we had started with “bad rocks” that contained gravel, clay & dirt & then added some cleaner rocks to the top, it wouldn’t have been so noticeable. Instead, since we purchased so much in a day, as they continue to scoop from the bottom of the pile, the rocks came with dirt, gravel & junk. All we wanted was the owners to see our pictures of the “bad rocks” & offer us a few scoops of “cleaner rock” to cover the bad ones. But they never called us to attempt to resolve this situation. “Highly Dissatisfied Customer!”

I have used Nature's Choice several times and will continue to do so. They are friendly and helpful.

It was $30 for a scoop of mulch (like a tractor with a bucket on the front it--a bucketful). They're very close to our house so it was all convenient for me. They have a good selection and I feel like their prices are competitive.

The drainage and the work they did is first class.

We started working with Nature's choice earlier this year to come up with ideas and design plan for adding a backyard patio. Matthew, the designer, made several trips to our house to help us fine tune exactly what we wanted for usability for our family. He did an excellent job on the design of the patio and functionality. We decided to have a concrete patio done (Nature's choice could have done a paver patio for us). Nature's choice then came in and did all the plant landscaping and and quot;clean-upand quot; of the yard, added stone pillars, and built the stone firepit. They did a great job working with us and we love how the patio turned out. We know we will spend a lot of time out there and appreciate all the time Matthew helped us put in on the front end to make this patio really fit our family.

I had two loads of mulch delivered on two different days. They called and advised they were on the way and were on time and courteous. The quality of the mulch is excellent. They dumped it right where I wanted it.

The driver showed up on time and the product was very high quality.

We went to store to look over some mulch and compare prices to another company. There were fewer selections that at the other company and the prices were slightly higher per cubic yard of mulch. We had a coupon for $20 off purchase and their delivery was $30 cheaper (the other company is farther away) So, it made the price a little less expensive overall. The guy at the desk was very helpful with all of our questions and gave us some advice for our pond as well. The mulch was scheduled for delivery for around noon today and arrived at 10:45AM. The driver called to make sure he had the correct house before dropping the mulch. The mulch looks good and of the same quality as is displayed at the store.

I had previously used mulch, but in this case I felt stone would be a better option. Nature's Choice staff was very professional, and knowledgeable in determining the amount of stone, and the proper installation process. The delivery was scheduled on the same day, and the delivery staff was very professional and courteous.

Overall, the job went fine. The project was delayed a bit since they had a rush from a schedule perspective, but they did a very nice job once they got started.

Overall it went real well. This is the first time that we have used their services. They were friendly. They did what they said that they would do. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

They did a plan for us, and they did it from start to finish. They did a whole landscape plan for the front of the house and the side also. They did the planting too. It was a pretty big project for us. The hardscape guy was extremely easy to work with, and I really liked working with him. He did some of the work himself. He and the other guys who came to do the work were excellent. I could not ask for anything more. They were cooperative, flexible, honest and fair. I got what I paid for. I wanted to see if there was going to be any damage over the winter, and there wasn’t any. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

We have Nature's Choice Landscaping come out and work for us every year for the last three years. They are phenomenal. They do all the way from landscaping to huge paver works. They are attentive. They finished the work when they said they were going to and did everything they said they were going to do. I would definitely use them in the future.

They do not have someone to receive phone calls. So one has to leave messages and wait for a reply each time. They were courteous on the phone, but did not show up. I talked to a group of guys who were mowing a neighbour's lawn. They came over in 10 minutes and did the lawn work in 30 minutes. End of phone calls, and waiting.

VERY PLEASANT AND VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING YOUR PHONE CALLS. I FOUND THE PRICE TO BE VERY REASONABLE, BECAUSE I PRICED ANOTHER SERVICE AND THE WERE A LOT HIGHER FOR THE SAME SERVICE. EVEN WITHOUT MY DISCOUNT, THEY ARE STILL A BETTER PRICE.
