Excellent service in an emergency!

Great company this is the second time i have used them will use them again

Plumber was great, I thought the cost for this was high.

They were very prompt to call and schedule and were pleasant and accommodating. Technician did best job of trying to keep costs low.

Arrived at the job a day earlier than expected but took almost 3 days to complete the installation of the new sewer line. Didn't need to trench the whole line but rather excavated on both ends including cutting the public sidewalk. We had unusually cold weather during the work, and our exposed waterline froze overnight on the first day. The damage to foundation plantings was greater than anticipated. They were clear up-front that they do not do landscaping. The sidewalk was repaired a day later, just before rain and then bitter cold. We'll have to wait and see how that turns out.

I lost hot water Sat before Christmas. Sunday evening, I went on HA to try it out and selected Mowery based on previous reviews. I was shocked when Katrina called me shortly after and offered to change my appt scheduled on line Wed 12/26 to Monday 12/24 10:30 b/c they didn't want to see me go without hot water for Christmas! (awww!) Ray was earlier than scheduled (another shock). He went over my options and I opted for a new water heater and he installed that morning. I am very pleased with my experience!

Harry, our technician took the time to explain the problem and his fix in terms we could understand. He truly cared that we were satisfied and that the problem had been solved in a timely manner. Keep up the great work, Mowery!

Great customer service! Quick to respond, schedule, and arrived right on time. Our technician was extremely courtesy and patient with a 2 year old running around - it made it a pleasant experience. We did have to make an adjustment to some of the plumbing after installing a new sink, but they had the technician out the next business day and it was adjusted within 15 minutes. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Very professional, Clean, very nice and respectful, explained to me what the problem is and he fixed the issue with my clogged drain, also told me how to treat my drains, I had just purchase my home, I had no idea grease was clogged in my drain. I am very, very pleased 100% with the service I have received. 1 less headache and worries I give thanks to this company and I thank God for this company...HAPPY DANCE!!!
