These technicians go above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right. Jeff was one of the Technicians that took care of us. I was able to get a same day appointment which was a plus. Harry was awesome and very personable. He quickly identified the issue, showed me what needed to be addressed and was in/out in about an hour. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and quality of the work performed. Harry and Rob did great work. Came right away and were nice as anything!

Overall seemed knowledgeable and confident on first visit - but after Heat Pump stopped again just a few days later the second tech was uncertain and started selling a new Heat Pump due to age. Only called Mowery because the person I normally have service Heat Pump was unavailable and this was of course the hottest week of the year. He came out few days later - filled the freon and said it will need to be replaced but not today. Ran the rest of this summer.

I am so happy with this company! I had my mom there since I had to work and I was worried. But this company went above and beyond to help us. They got it fixed under $100.00 I had never had a plumber and thought I was going to be told all kinds of things were wrong. They were honest and I will call them again!!

The lady that called me from the offices was very courteous and helpful. She got ahold of Devin which got back with me very quickly. He got out to the house in less than a half-hour I did do after we talked on the phone. It came in he was very professional very courteous and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. If we need any more work done that their company covers we will be calling them back.

Mowery was fantastic! Came out same day and stayed until my drainage line was cleared! Very friendly and professional and even came back the next day to fix my toilet. All this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mowery.

Charged $500.00 for 1.5 hrs. Material was a couple bolts and a wax toilet gasket. That is $333.00 per hour ? WTF ?

I made an appointment on Friday for the following Monday. They called me the next morning and put me on first available. They came out on Saturday morning. The service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. Kudos to to Mowery.
