Had them come out and make an assessment on relocating a washer/dryer which included running new lines for water, drains, and dryer vent. The tech, Jeff R, did an outstanding job of educating me on my plumbing options along with some issues I was having with a softener as well as my 20 year old furnace/AC system. I never felt like I was being sold any services or products. I ve used many other plumbing and HVAC companies locally and have never settled on one....until now. Stop looking, just hire Mowery.

I highly recommend this company. We had another *quick* national chain tell us that the infuser was broken, and that we should not put a new infuser in without replacing the control panel as well. This was going to cost $3,000 +. They then suggested that we should not put that much money into my 11-year-old furnace. We might as well buy a whole new furnace. Magicly, a sales rep appeared on our front porch! Long story longer, we sent them .away, which truly surprised them that we were not going to go along with their suggestions, with it being the coldest night since March. The next day, I got on HomeAdvisor- they matched us with three companies. Mowery called us immediately and had tech at our house within an hour. No creepy sales guy hanging around nearby. He verified that it was the infuser but nothing wrong with the control panel. I am disabled and we are in a pinch financially at the moment. Mowery worked with us and fixed our furnace the same day. Everyone was so pleasant and compassionate I cannot speak highly enough about them. It is so nice to deal with truly honest and caring people. They are the only company I will use for all of my heating and a\c. They are awesome!

We are selling our home and needed an air duct reconnected in our living room per the buyer's request. Within the same day, I had someone from Mowery's reach out, book an appointment, and the technician (Will) came to our house to complete the repair. All in one day! Will was quick, informative and the repair was very decently priced - well under what we expected to pay. Overall a great experience!

I would completely trust them to complete any job. As a matter of fact I fully intend to do so later this year. They are knowledgeable kind and very efficient.

Paid a flat fee of around $95. The guy who came out was so nice and explained everything before starting. He had the drain working in no time and gave me really helpful suggestions on how to decrease the probability of this happening in the future. FANTASTIC service!! and Great price!!

After making my appointment, I was contacted to say they had much more availability and they wanted me to know they were flexible if I needed them out sooner. I ended up needing to take them up on the offer... late Halloween night. They assured me it was no problem and no matter what time, they would for sure be by. I had to call and check a couple of times to make sure they were still coming and the office staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! Every single person I talked to was very sweet to me. Todd (our service man) called and let me know he was on his way. He showed up, was extremely professional, very thorough, and made sure we were taken care of in the below freezing temps. He was in this incredibly positive mood and made the whole experience a great one. We will always be calling this company in the future for all of our heat/ac/plumbing needs. Especially if they are all this nice! We had been looking for a good company since we are first time home owners and we found a great one. Cost wise, they waived a couple of our fees and the final bill was not overpriced. It was completely reasonable and I am so glad I chose Mowery.

Very professional, arrived on time, completed the work quickly (bathroom faucet install). It cost a little more than I expected but I needed the work completed and I was pleased with the service. I will use this company again.

Very over priced charged for each repair separately instead of price for all repair had pipes bust during winter and I had to pay over 300 for each time the patch my copper pipes
