Mowery was the first to respond to my request, and they were prompt and courteous in my telephone conversations with them. Devin, the technician who performed the (free) estimate and actually made the repair, was likewise courteous, prompt and efficient. In fact he was meticulous about the end result of his work.

Mowery was quick to reply with my request for service. Dawson the service tech did a great job explaining the whole house filter system and checking that all parts worked.

Dawson provides a thorough explanation on how my in home water purification worked and how the connections were plumbed. He answered all my questions and offered suggestions without pressure to purchase. It was good to work with Mowery Plumbing and I would recommend them to friends.

They were very prompt about scheduling and giving a window for arrival. The first tech was unfamiliar with my unit but very polite and did not charge me and got me scheduled with a senior tech who also came in the time window and fixed the problem easily

Our tech Chris came in late in the day upbeat and ready to fix our AC in the middle of a heat wave. They did what they could to get is back up quickly after having to order a part. I had to call in to get a time line but they were true to the schedule they told me.

Jeremiah serviced our AC unit. We have used Mowery for over 25 years. They have always provided excellent service, quality products and true friendly professionals. We have a service agreement with Mowery and have always found it a great value. I can't say enough good things about Jeremiah but I have come to expect this quality treatment from Mowery.
