The price quoted was the price I paid. He was on time, friendly, and did good work. After he ran his auger and unclogged my drains, he let the water run a minute then augered the drain again just to make sure. That gave me assurance that the problem was taken care of.

I received three estimates, and theirs was actually the highest. In spite of that, I chose Mowery because everyone I dealt with was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what the problems were and what needed to be done to correctly complete all the repairs up to code without sugar-coating the issues. They completed the repairs as promised. I would recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

I received two estimates before Mowery sent their estimator to my home. The customer service I received from Mowery was very friendly and efficient from the initial scheduling, to the estimation appointment and the plumber who did the actual work. It definitely felt like a family owned business owned by a family with integrity and experience! The person who scheduled the initial appointment for the estimation listened to ALL of my plumbing issues and chose a plumber specifically for my older Broad Ripple home with galvanized pipes. The estimator was very thorough and knowledgable and gave me clear options for solutions to my needs and pricing for each issue. The plumber clarified each issue and kept me updated throughout the project. Everyone was polite, efficient, and communicated well. Also, everyone who came to my home was clean, tidy and respectful!! I just had the plumbing work done yesterday so I have not had a chance to experience follow up customer service, but my experience so far gives me every reason to believe that they will stand behind their service. I give Mowery an A+ so far.

We are first time customers to Mowery. We placed a call for a leaking water heater pipe at 7:30 in the morning and were promptly replied to. They had Jeff down to our house shortly after and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up needing an electrician for the project and Jeff quickly got someone here to fix the electrical problem. He went above and beyond to get the job done. We will definitely be using Mowery moving forward!
