Austin S. fixed the problem. It was a clogged filter! I had checked the filter, but didn't think that was the problem b/c it didn't look too bad to me, and it was only 2 months into a 6 month rated cycle. He was right! It's been working great ever since. Austin also showed special care by wearing "footies" so he didn't track dirt into our house.

Prompt, courteous, and quality service

Greg came out & got in attic to see how my flex was & found out another company did not attach the flex to new furnace. He checked my new furnace to see if flex damage affected it. He also checked to see if my furnace was appropriate for my home( right size). He was just great & have to replace flex which other company did not check out when I had new furnace & air put in in July. Make sure companies check the flex before installing new equipment. Greg was caring about his job!!

After buying a new home we hired Mowery to perform a few updates as well as a few repairs on the temporary residence we utilized as work was being done. Gas logs, gas leaks, range conversions and installs. They handled them all professionally and efficiently. Derek, Matt and Austin are just the names I remember. The 2 techs that installed the gas logs were no less professional but their names escape me. We will be loyal customers fora long time to come.

I had them come out to fix the kitchen drain clog, due to tea leaves in the drain. The technician spent about 5 minutes running a cable through the drain pipe and told me that the clog could not be cleared and would need a high-pressure jet. For this, he quoted $500. The next morning, I had someone else come in to do the same work for $75 and it was done in less than 20 mins. The clog was cleared by running a cable! Probably the last time I use this company.

They were great from the moment I spoke with someone on the phone. They are punctual and very professional. The technician was very thorough with his work and took the time to explain to me what was going on. Problem was solved within the hour.

He explained that I do not have a heat pump as I had been led to believe.

I was please with the result of technician Tylor Deal who was courteous, professional, clean and very knowledgeable about my issue and fix it.
