I sent a request to several venders for a price to snake my main drain pipe. Out of all the replys Mowery was the only one that gave me a price. The tech came at the time I requested and was I happy with his service.

They were thorough diagnosing the problem but the cost estimate to repair was so high they suggested it would be wiser to replace the entire fireplace. We are considering that later.

Someone came out the next day from when I called, thought it was an easy fix at first but had to come back and quickly figured out what the problem was and got it fixed.

I was very pleased with Austin's work & he was very good at explaining everything.

The plumber was timely, respectful and professional. I thought I was saving money by purchasing my own fixtures for the tub but it was a different brand from the original fixtures. That said, he shared that if I wanted to put them on, he would need to cut a hole in the wall to gain access to the piping to make the change. That would have tripled the cost! I thought I would have to go back to the store to get another fixture, but to my relief he had EXACTLY what I originally had been looking for but had been unable to find! I ultimately spent less for the job than I would have if I had supplied the fixtures myself! He did quality work, helped to make certain I understood what he was doing and I now have two bathrooms with matching fixtures which had been my goal all along! Great company and TOTALLY satisfied.

They took care of a very difficult problem that would have been a major repair otherwise.

Everyone from the ladies on the phone to the men who performef the work were warn and friendly yet very professional. Work on my HC system was completed within the week even though parts had to be orderef. It was a very good experience.
