Description of Work: When I had to replace my furnace and heat pump recently, Jay was the salesman who came to my house. I was quite impressed with Jay, as he was very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. Answered all my questions and helped me decide which models were appropriate for my situation. The day of install went very nice. There were no problems and the installers, Ralph and Ryan, were professional and courteous. They knew what they were doing and did a great job. I am very happy with the treatment I've received from Mowery over the past years I've been dealing with them and will continue to do business with them. Thank you, Mowery!!
