OUT REPAIR HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED
Description of Work: WE HAVE NOT HAD UPSTAIRS AC FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND NO CONTACT FROM MOWERY AFTER THE DIAGNOSIS ON JUNE 7. WE DO NOT KNOW IF THE PART NEEDED FOR REPAIR HAS BEEN ORDERED? OR IF THE PART HAS ARRIVED? OR WHEN THE REPAIR WILL BE COMPLETED? WE STARTED HAVING AC PROBLEMS ON MAY 15. ( NO UPSTAIRS COOLING ) ON MAY 22 - MOWERY TECH TYLER C. CAME AND DID NOT FIX. HE SUSPECTED COOLANT WAS LOW. ON MONDAY JUNE 5 - MOWERY TECH GREG H. CAME AND DID NOT FIX. HE DIAGNOSED THE UPSTAIRS DAMPER WAS NOT WORKING. HE SAID A NEW DAMPER WOULD NEED TO BE ORDERED AND THEN INSTALLED. HE ALSO SAID THE ORDER WOULD NOT TAKE LONG. "NOBODY FROM MOWERY HAS CONTACTED US SINCE JUNE 7." IS THIS PART IN? AND WILL IT EVER BE INSTALLED? WE HAVE NOT HAD UPSTAIRS AC FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND NOT MUCH HELP FROM MOWERY.
