The new system was wonderful. They quoted me a price and they stuck to it. They came within a day after I asked them. They completed the work within a day as they said they would. They were excellent and their price was good. I would use them again.

I would highly recommend them to do anything in your house. I have never had an owner of a company in my house and I was so impressed by this. I will absolutely, positively, without question use them in the future.

The line is repaired, and the presence of the rubber joint should relieve future stresses on the line and reduce the risk of another break.

I had an appointment for a furnace check. No one showed up or called. I called and left a message and was not ever called back. Another friend had pretty much the same experience

I have been using them for a long time and they are just extremely good. I have had them ever since I have had this house because they put the fireplace in for me. I have never ever looked for anyone other than them. They have always been here every time I have called. They replaced the entire inside of the fireplace and it didn't cost me anything because it was under warranty. They don't dirty the place much and always clean it after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

They gave an estimate first and did the repair. The price was a bit high but they did a good job. I will grade them high on all categories except for the price.

I decided to go with them based on Angielist and their location was close to where I live. I have signed a contract with them and so would use them in future.

Mike K. was the one that came to do the sump pumps. A couple of days later, Jerry came to service my heater. They were awesome! Their price was very competitive for the sump pumps. They are the kind of company that I would feel comfortable having in my home even if I wasn't there. They are clean, professional, and always on time.

I have been using them for many years now. They come out when they say they will come. I also get the maintenance done by them. They have always done their work well. There was some problem with the engine of my air conditioning and they had to get some parts. It was not delivered by the delivery guys, so they went and got it for me on the same day and fixed the engine.

Tech 2 gave me a quote of almost $1,500 for the heat exchanger and installation. A week passed while waiting for the part and the furnace continued to work fine. I was skeptical *and not rich* so I got a second opinion from another company. They told me that the furnace was in great condition, there was no crack, and the heat exchanger still had 10 years left on its 20 year warranty! I'll never use Mowery again.

They were very professional. They arrived when they said they were going to, and cleaned up well. The individual that they sent out to work was very professional and answered any questions that we may have had. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

My neighbor recommended them. It went fine and they did the installation in one day. They had a good price in comparison to the other one that I quoted. I got a $1,500 tax rebate. They were very responsive and cleaned up when they were done. I would use them again.

I've used them for years. They do excellent work. You can choose from several different service plans. The customer service is excellent. They are very clean, as well. They are very good about responding to emergencies, too. I've always had good experiences with them.

Fabulous. Owner, Tim Shields, arrived at my home regarding estimates in the middle of August with temperatures hovering around 96 degrees that week. Mr. Shields arrived at my home with a portable Air Conditioning Unit concerned with the comfort of my home until I had made a decision on the purchase of the new HVAC system. Mr. Shields never spoke poorly about the other contractor I received prices from at this time, Brewer Mechanical Services. Brewer Mechanical Services was not quite as nice and only seemed to be concerned with the almighty buck and putting down others.

We received professional service from start to finish--from the initial estimate through the installation. Chip Cochran is great--as the owner of the company, he tends to every detail. The installation crew was prompt, courteous, and efficiently replaced our entire heating/cooling system in one day. They even removed a shrub that was growing too close to the outdoor unit. Mowery made the financing process easy and provided all the paperwork we needed to obtain tax credit and energy rebates.

They were very friendly and punctual. They came out and serviced after hours and they accepted the Angieslist coupon.

They were very professional and they wanted to be sure that we understood what they were doing. They were coming in and out of the house while I was here alone, and they were so professional that I didn't have any problems with that at all. They came when they said that they would come, which I like. I didn't compare their prices with anyone else. We had a bad experience with them about three years ago, but this time was just totally different. I am very happy with them now and I would recommend them to others.

I turned the air conditioning on and water leaked all over the floor. My furnace was constantly running in the winter. The serviceman thought that it may be my thermostat, so he installed a new one. This June when I turned the air conditioner on, water leaked all over the floor again. I called them out and they tightened some screws. It still leaked. I called and talked to the receptionist and she said someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I received a letter that I was rude and used profanity and none of this was true. This was the excuse for not servicing my unit. I wrote a letter to the attorney general. Since the furnance is still under warranty, a different company now handles the repairs. He said I was charged twice as much as I should have been for the original unit.

This company was professional, reasonably priced and attentive to our needs. The installer far exceeded our expectations taking time to make sure everything was installed exactly the way we wanted it. He never complained and worked for four hours without a break to get the work done perfectly including cleaning up after himself. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Great! Called for estimate. Chip Cochran came out, reviewed the options, made recommendations and gave me a competitive quote for the products I chose. The installers came on time, were professional, friendly, efficient, competent and cleaned up after they completed the installations.

They are very prompt and a honest company.

I originally called the company that did all the HVAC work in my new home and they quoted a price $400 more than Mowery, and all in flexible pipe (to save me money he said). Chip Mowery came to estimate the job 30 minutes after I called and gave a much better price for better materials - everything was done in galvanized pipe, and he gave me the price on the spot. He said if I wanted, he'd have a crew the next day that could do the work. I got two more estimates, both above Mowery, and then called to have Mowery come back the next day. No surprises.

Went well. Rob was very personable and a very nice guy. We even invited him to eat dinner with us!

What appeared to be sewage was backing up into the lower level toilet and sink of my home, and particularly when the basement sump pump was activated. Although the problem was obviously assumed to be an obstruction of some sort, the location of the obstruction was not apparent. The service representative carefully evaluated the situation and correctly diagnosed that the obstruction was probably caused by a tree root interfering with sewage flow from my house to the street. He cleared the root obstruction with rooter type equipment and everything was fine. The process was rather messy and the service representative took special care to make sure that my home carpet, etc. was protected during the repair, and to clean up the bathroom afterward.

They were responsive to our need. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to others.
