They did an excellent job on our basement. They were careful to make sure hardware, doors, trim etc matched what we already had in our home. We get lots of compliments on the office with the large built-in desk. We later had a problem with the toilet in the bathroom and Terry came back to fix it at no charge to us. We couldn't be happier!

It was a great experience, and they did a great job. They arrived on time, always kept us informed, and were honest during the project.

I received a couple of estimates from them but I haven?t followed up on that. I would highly recommend the remodeler since I don?t think he has changed that much. He was almost ready to get the work done but something else happened. So I didn?t get it done at that time. He is very good. He gets back when you call him. He is excellent overall. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

The service was excellent from the beginning all the way to the end. The staff was good and pleasant to work with. They were pleasant, polite, and easy to deal with.

He was very professional, prompt and thoughtful in our discussion on the project during our appointment with him. His bid was very competitive. However, we selected another contractor based on timing to start the project. Terry was scheduling 5 weeks out and we wanted to get started as soon as possible. That said, we would recommend Terry and likely would have selected Terry if timing would not have been a key driver in our decision.

Job was not completed. Terry was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He provided a written estimate with-in one week of examining our needs. I requested specific information to be added to the estimate including the specific window to be installed, the estimated date of service, and length of time for job completion. I waited one week and then called him to remind him I was waiting. He said he had simply forgotten. He never followed up with any further communication.

From the beginning, we were impressed by Terry Kegeris' attention to detail and expertise on Pulte basements. Basements, especially of Pulte homes, are his specialty. He uses only his own staff with no subcontractors and most of the staff is family. Kegeris did a really great job finishing the job at very high quality in under 5 weeks. His staff was courteous and kept everything clean enough that we could take our toddler downstairs safely to view the progress. Everyone who has seen the basement has been impressed by their workmanship and the good value for the money. Our only minor problem (carpet installers accidentally backing up our toilet) was immediately made good by Terry reimbursing our Saturday plumber's bill. We were completely impressed and happy with this job and would recommend Kegeris to anyone doing a basement refinishing.

Terry Kegeris gave us a very competitive estimate. He was helpful in designing our partial basement and flexible with our options. We appreciated the way he matched our basement with our upstairs making our basement look like it was finished when the rest of the house was. He completed our basement fairly quickly. The only negative was that he is very busy and at times we felt like their was a little lack in communication due to him being so busy and him not personally being on our "job" daily. Regardless, we love our newly finished basement and have already referred him to three friends and he is finishing their basements now. Give Terry a call for an estimate.

He's just awesome to work with. Their service is very honest for one thing. He kept up with his time, and he did everything I had asked him to. He was very easy to work with, and his estimates were much more realistic than those of other companies. Just a bunch of really easy people to work with. I think this is one of the best basement finishing companies anyone could hire.
