 + -1 more3 of the five updates needed to be redone this summer (one year later). Weep holes made in to the exterior brick had to be redrilled to proper size, The roof patch was redone at a cost of $2500 due to rain leaks and his window repair rotted out the following spring and had to be replaced at a cost of $1400. I am most aggravated by the window repair, as he charged $500 to replace the glass pane but only used a Bondo type filler to fill in the rotted wood (and nothing to prevent the rot for progressing). All the window vendors I had consult for an estimate agreed that it was a pretty shoddy band aid. Especially since his temporary patch was a 3rd the price of replacement (and I had of replaced it last year I would have got the 30% tax credit and it would have been about 1/2 the price). Now, I contacted Marty several times about the window (I was willing to let the others slide) via phone and email to asked if he warranteed his work and I explained the window was almost rotted out already (by the following spring). He agreed to come by and take a look. He never showed up or contacted me. Thermal Windows of Indy completed installation of the replacement last week and thats' why I waited until now to report.
Description of Work: Marty Champon performed several updates to our house on the previous owners behalf and expense. The repairs were part of the purchase agreement and were items noted during the home insopection process.

 + -1 morePRICE WAS WAY TOO MUCH FOR AMOUNT OF WORK THAT WAS DONE.
Description of Work: MR. CHAMBON FIXED A LOOSE KITCHEN CABINET WITH A COUPLE OF BRACKETS AND CAULKED AROUND THE FLASHING ON THE CHIMNEY. HE WAS A NICE GUY, HOWEVER, HE WAS ONLY HERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AND CHARGED ME $100.00.
