They did an excellent job, all spots were cleaned and the new smell was back again.

There are 2 brothers that own this business. One of the brothers, Sam, called me ahead of time to tell me that he was on his way. When he got here he made sure to take special care of some stains made by our puppy. He was super nice and did a great job! I will definitely use them again!

My carpets have never looked so good! Mike was very responsive to my call and Sam was so polite and professional. Shortly after my initial cleaning, my pet had an accident that I couldn't get clean on my own. I called them and they found time to come the same day to spot clean. They were able to get the stain out and my carpets were once again fresh and clean. They are definitely my new carpet cleaning company! Thanks for great service!

This is the second time we have used Heaven's Best for our carpet cleaning. Sam did an excellent job. We had a couple of urine stains from our dog. He spent extra time on those areas and the stains came out completely. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Heaven's Best cleaning person, Sam, arrived on time and thoroughly examined the work required which was a sofa cleaned with fabric protector applied as well as carpet cleaning . Sam provided clear feedback as to the time needed to complete the job, cost and dry time. As a note, the sofa needing cleaning was made by Ethan Allen and quite expensive so I wanted to be sure I used a good vendor but I hadn?t yet checked Angie?s List because I had a few questions on the cleaning instructions provided with the sofa so I first called the sofa?s manufacturer, Ethan Allen. The two main reasons I chose Heaven's Best is because when I contacted Ethan Allen to ask more detailed questions about their cleaning instruction labeling, they told me they strongly recommended only one vendor for cleaning all of their furniture and that was Mike Caldwell with Heaven's Best. I was thrilled that that the maker of the sofa was so confident with Mike's workmanship, I called him immediately. I was also pleased to find him on the list of providers with Angie's List. My sofa, off white, is very light in color so protecting the fabric was very important. The sofa was cleaned and fabric protector applied and I was extremely pleased with the cleaning, it looks perfect! I also felt the pricing was very reasonable and the dry time, as promised, was minimal. The carpet cleaning I needed done was the result from using another vendor that had completely turned what should have been an easy job into a more complicated job. The carpet area I needed cleaned was the traffic area in my living room where some small spills had occurred. These spots were nothing major like oil, grease or grape juice and were pretty light in color. The vendor I first used saturated the spots with a citrus oil product but failed to thoroughly hot waster rinse the product out of the carpet as the required by the product's manufacturer. Since the product remained in the carpet for 3 weeks after the "cleaning", it acted as a magnet and attracted elements that made the spots much darker. The spots were also made larger because the vendor applied the product so heavily. This vendor came back twice to reclean the spots but failed to get them out. They wanted to come back a third time but I had had enough of their failed attempts and was concerned they were doing permanent damage to my new carpet. So when I called Heaven's Best to clean the sofa I pleaded for their help me with my carpet.I felt such relief after Sam cleaned my carpet, you couldn't see any of the spots, my new carpet was restored and looks beautiful!! I was ecstatic that my substantial investment had been preserved. I can't say enough about Mike Caldwell with Heaven's Best. I will never use another vendor. Ethan Allen did me the biggest favor by giving me their name and Angie?s List for enabling me to read other customers? reviews. I strongly recommend their services to everyone and nominate them for highest accreditation with Angie's List. Their customer service and their ability to undo a botched carpet cleaning job were outstanding!! Thank you Mike and Sam!

Mike and his daughter cleaned our carpet and did an excellent job. Mike is very professional, friendly, and efficient. My husband has a strong sensitivity to odors and we were very pleased that there was no odor in the solution that was used. Carpet dried quickly and looked great. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend Heaven's Best.

We have two dogs, and desperately needed our carpet cleaned. I called Heaven's Best, and they did respond rather quickly. We set up a date, and he did arrive on time. However, all he did was shampoo the carpet. He didn't even vacuum it first! He was here less than 45 minutes, and was unable (or unwilling) to get rid of some basic stains. I was extremely disappointed in the service. We had to shampoo our own carpets a few weeks later, and we did a better job than Heaven's Best did! I guess it's true that you get what you pay for.

Carpets are clean, dog pee stains and smell are gone, and carpets stay clean for many months after.

My apologies to Heaven's Best for the inaccuracies in my original report. I was very satisfied with both the quality of their service and the price I paid. I would definitely use their service again.

The carpet seems to stay a lot cleaner when they do it as opposed to when we do it.

I have Heaven's Best from Angie's List while I was in living in Austin, TX, but the cleaning needed to be done in Danville, IN. They came in cleaned the carpets, stairs, hardwood, and stone tile beautifully. Heaven's Best also treated for pet stains and while not all the stains and smell was eliminated, I have been told by others that the carpets were significantly improved.

All personnel were courteous, prompt and professional. They did a good job on cleaning our carpet with short notice.

This was the first time I had ever hired anyone to clean the carpets, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Mike came in and vacuumed all of the carpets. He then began his cleaning process. While his process was not what I expected from a carpet cleaner, he was able to get the carpets very clean. The floors were dry in about one hour. I was very satisfied with the stains that came up.

I called on Dec. 27th and needed living room carpet cleaned due to a rash of the stomach flu in my family. We had tried baking soda and scrubbing to no avail to get the smell and stain out. He worked things around so he could come THAT day to clean my carpet. It was very quick, looked and smelled great, and dried quickly.
