Barry was awesome!! He called us and scheduled the project for the next day. He sent a message to let us know his approximate arrival time. He did a fantastic job.

Barry was very responsive and a very pleasant guy and did a great job on all the jobs I needed done. He kept me informed as work progressed and cleaned up after he was done. Very reasonable pricing. I would definitely use him again.

Never came back to finish other projects

It was warranty service. The work was done a year and half ago. It started leaking. I was told that it does not cover by his warranty as it was not his fault. That was fine. Asked him to do it as a new contract. Replaced the flat roof with a slanted shingles roof. 1. Edges are made flush with the siding, potential for water going in. 2. Flushing with the brick wall is done poorly, black glue and caulk are all over. 3. Even though it seems like tons of poorly applied caulk is there but there is big gaps between flushing and wall. 4. Black caulk completely ruined the look of the front of the home. 5. New shingles was used but it is badly scraped, looks heavily damages. 6. Gutter and down spout joint has gaps, can see the light through. 7. Angles/bends of the downspout is poorly done, dented and bent and colapsed.

Barry was very responsive, understood what I wanted to be done, gave me a fair estimate, came every days he told me he would come and did a good job. I will certainly use Barry again for a variety of projects around the house.

Barry did a variety of things at our home. Gutter, siding, window and door repair. Drywall repair and painting. He even repaired our bathroom exhaust fan which we thought we would need to replace. Everything looks great! We will definitely call him in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Barry was very professional and very easy to work with. He is very good about video communicating and keep to his time and day. He was very flexible as well. Prior to the day of the repair I thought of replacing the current door with a sliding door so I reached out to Barry to see if he could come out and take a look at it. He made the trip and accommodated the change. On the day of the service he showed up close to the time agreed on and did a great job. He left the place clean and tidy after he was done and the job looks great. Will definitely think of him for any future needs.

The pricing was very good. That was me and my husband's mistake. He under bid the job and the amount of work that was needed to do the job. We should have personally went with a bid that was in the middle. We were going cheap and we ended up with some cheap work to be honest. He outbid everyone we tried. His responsiveness wasn't bad. He started off strong but as the work continued, it became very apparent he did not want to complete it. I'm sure he probably does quality work, but as far as that, I think he under bid it and it was more than what he had anticipated for the job that needed to be done. I think he deals with alcoholism. He was a nice guy though.

It went great. He was able to get the initial work done before the guests arrived. He stayed late in order to complete the tasks. He was very professional. Took pride in what he did. He cleaned up after himself. If he will be late, he calls to make sure it is acceptable.

Barry did a great job on assembling the wall bed. More importantly, his character is top notch. He provided an estimate but when the job proved to be more time consuming and difficult than anyone could have expected, he stuck by his original quote and made sure the job got done no matter how long it took. I cannot speak more highly of the man. His dedication to the job was something you don't see too often these day.

It went fine. It was a simple job when you have the right drill and you know what you are doing. Barry was pleasant to deal with and acted professionally. I would recommend him to friends who need work done.

Barry was great. He was very responsive and we exchanged several messages in the days leading up to our appointment. He was very friendly and helpful, which made our move into a new house much less stressful. He gave an estimate for the work before starting, and then he charged the same amount even though he ended up having to stay from about 8 am to 8 pm, much longer than we expected. (We gave him a little extra for his effort!)

I just bought a home and I have a long list of things to accomplish. Barry has stepped in and has been available to take the list off my hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and fair. I appreciate his work ethic and I look forward to continuing to work with him. He is very busy and in demand, but he is still able to schedule me in without my having to wait a long time.
