They did a terrific job. Tom Frazee deserves an excellent rating!

Tom Frazee came out and measured the windows then gave us a written estimate. Before ordering he came back and took a second measurement. The whole job was done in one day. Very professional. All old material was cleaned up and hauled away. Nothing in the landscaping was messed up. We did our own painting on the outside and staining on the inside. That is the only way you would know the windows were replaced.

A written estimate with cost and time schedule was submitted in advance of the construction. We originally had living space over half of the garage. The addition added living space over the entire garage area. The job required demolition of the existing roof and part of external walls. The workers that were here where very professional with there work. Every night things were cleaned up. One of the main things that I was extremely pleased about was the situation with the windows. We added a room with a window and increased the size of another room that had an existing window and add a window into that room also. They moved the existing window from the back of the house and put it in the new room so that all the windows in the front of the house looked the same. Two new windows were then put in the existing room/room made bigger in the back of the house. Every step of the way, Mr. Frazee was overseeing the job. There were no surprises. The job went to schedule. The job went wonderful and it was nice not having the house tore up for very long. From start to finish the job was done in 30 days.

The work went very well with the house and all the additional projects. He always kept us notified of the progress and what was to be done next. He kept us very involved in the process so that if we had any reqeust for changes in the original plan, there was plenty of time for all involved to make the changes without costing a lot for the changes or taking a lot of additional time in the whole project. He was always very professional and would explain all of our options so that we could make the best choice for our tastes and our budget. He was very easy to work with.

They were very good and very responsive. The work was completed when they promised. They listen to what I wanted and also had some great suggestions. They did a couple of small extra things. They were professional and I would use them again. I am happy with the complete.

This company was fantastic to work with. They came when they said that they would. The project was completed when they said that it would be. They did give us an estimate which was accurate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
