John was the person that came and cleaned out my dryer vent and changed a piece of ductwork that needed to be replaced. And he also replaced the vent trap outside the house. He was very repectable young man. I would definitely use Dryer Vent Wizard again!

I needed my upstairs dryer vent cleaned. Amanda came out and looked at everything and explained all the charges before starting. I had a birds nest in my vent. She cleaned it, replaced the broken parts, replaced out of code parts and disinfected the vent. She was very kind and quick. She even explained what to look for to make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend them.

DRYER VENT INSPECTION AND BRINGING UP TO CODE: Dryer Vent Wizard came as scheduled; the workers were efficient and personable, answering questions readily and leaving everything clean and in order. Because they were bringing dryer vents up to code in 25 separate units in our building, they had to be versatile and experienced. Great job all round.

With this being my first experience with dryer vent wizard I will say that it was a great one. The service technician Amanda was amazing. Although she said she's only been with the company for a little over a year it seems a whole lot longer. She's a real expert at her job and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended their services to several of my friends
