This company is a top notch company. I called one other company and he wasn’t giving me a good vibe over the phone. Call Dryer Vent Wizard for your cleaning. They are the number 1 company out there. No one can copy what they do!

Lowes told me my dryer vent was clogged after they installed new dryer. Technician very thoroughly checked out my dryer vent and tested it. He said that it was actually operating properly, but that it is vented through roof not the side.. He only charged me their $49 diagnostic fee. I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty. Would highly recommend this company.

They were here when scheduled and the work was done property. My issue is with the total cost. I was charged $30.00 for working in a confined space- The dryer is in a hall closet and the line is in a 4' crawl space. Not sure how that is considered a confined space. Total cost was just under $400.00. Not s sure if I'd hire them again w/out getting other estimates.

They came out to replace a dryer vent cap. They were highly responsive and I would recommend them to anyone.

My less than 1 year old dryer began cycling running all the time and clothes were not getting dry. Called for warranty repair service only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the dryer, but we had a venting issue. I discovered about 4 feet of crunched up, bent accordion style venting pipe connecting the dryer to the wall. I tried to clean the vents myself but still the dryer did not work taking twice as long and still getting very hot on the outside called. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor, so getting on the roof or up in the attic was problematic for me. I my an appointment with DRYER VENT WIZARD for the next day. They were on time and did a very good inspection, cleaning and repair. Steve was knowledgeable and provided good information. The dryer is working great again and dries clothes in half the time, and no longer does the machine get hot to the touch. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone having trouble with their dryer vent needing cleaning.
