+ 1 moreDuring Christmas holiday, our sump pump failed causing water damage in our finished basement. We had used Rich for interior painting after we purchased our home. As we expected, Rich was reasonable, his work is great and delivers quality work! He cleans up afterwards - which always looks better than before he started!

+ 3 moreRich is a rare combination of integrity, ability and conscientiousness. This was the latest of several jobs Rich has done for us in the last 18 months. He is meticulous and totally trustworthy. He has painted ceilings and done faux painting for us, matching a linoleum sample perfectly. He goes above and beyond, ensuring the job is done right (we're both retired Marines and inspect carefully). He'll move furniture to paint the wall behind and even vacuum the carpet before putting the furniture back.
Description of Work: A 2-bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and living room mother-in-law apartment (approx 2400 sq ft) within our home that required patching quite a few holes in the walls and cleaning grease off cupboards and shelves in the kitchen, as well as removing wallpaper borders. He also restained all the woodwork (around doors, windows and the baseboards) . This is fourth time we have availed ourselves of his expertise and will next have him restain our formal dining room parquet floor when mutually convenient. You will be most pleased with any job for which you employ him.
