Earlier this year I bought a used bed cover for my truck. There are 2 locks on the cover but the man I bought it from did not have the keys. I called up Cartwright's to see if he could either make keys for the current locks or install new locks. We worked out a time that same week and met at his shop. He removed one of the locks and offered to either make keys to fit or re-key the locks so that my truck key would fit them. I chose to have him make 2 keys to fit the locks already on the bed cover. He was very professional and completed the task quickly. The price was very affordable. To do the job myself would have cost me much more. I would definitely recommend Cartwright's Locksmith Service.

He was on time. He was a very nice guy, very professional and actually a couple of my locks work better since he rekeyed it then they worked before.

Everything went well, the owner and his son did all of the work themselves. He had everything he needed with him on his truck even the ability to make new keys.

I called mid-morning and he was able to come that afternoon (sooner than I expected). He re-keyed all of the exterior locks on our new home in about half an hour to a single key and made us two copies of the new key. The locks were not all the same kind, and I didn't have a key that worked in at least one of them. I was very pleased with the promptness and quality of the service.

They never showed up. I finally called about 20 minutes after the appointment time and woke him up- he had apparently been on a call late the night before and slept through his alarm. To his credit, he offered to come right away, but I didn't have the morning to spend away from work and I called someone else to do the job. Based on the previous reviews they likely do great work but my experience was less than desireable.

Our garage only has one door, and it was accidentally locked. We didn't have a key, so we called Cartwright's. Not only was he prompt, he arrived exactly when he said he would. It also started raining when he arrived, and he replaced the lock and opened the door during the downpour without complaint. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. I'd definitely use Cartwright's again and would recommend the company to friends and family.

The locksmith arrived on time, and was very efficient in getting the job done. He made the new keys in his truck, and all went well. I found him to be friendly and professional.

The locksmith came out to the house I just purchased (or rather, we were closing later that day) and changed all of the locks for us. It was $15 per lock, and we had a lock on the doorknob and a deadbolt for 3 doors. He was able to put them all on one key to simplify things for us. The service call was $60, if I'm remembering correct. Showed up on time and was available on relatively short notice. I gave a "b" for the price because I think there are other locksmiths that are a little cheaper, but remember you get what you pay for. Overall, would recommend and would use again if we needed his services.

The locksmith came out and quickly and safely got our car unlocked for us. Very reasonable and honest.
