It turned out fine. They did a good job. There was some communication problems in the beginning with scheduling or billing. They did what I asked them to do. I thought it was done well. I would tell a friend or neighbor that they worked for me. I would recommend them.

They cut all of the trees down without any harm to anything. They were very careful to cover my yard. They were very punctual, timely and careful. They were also very helpful and nice to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of tree work done. Eric could not have been more helpful, and his wife, Kathy, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with scheduling.

It was expensive. They had to take the fence down come in and all over wires and everything else. They told me it was going to cost more before he does. I told him to go ahead and I had to have it down. I thought they did an excellent job and they were here all the day. I would always use them in the future.

Eric just gives excellent service. I have used him several times and I have no reason to call anybody else. He is a really nice guy and his crew are great to work with.

Excellent work when they go there. Quick. Clean in the yard and worked carefully around buried electrical wires in the landscape. But there was a long delay between spring a return trip in early winter, apparently because of some confusion about the scope of the job that wasn't clarified until we made a follow up call. Would recommend the service for its knowledge and expertise and quality of the work by an insured and safety-aware crew.

They worked on two trees. One was a redwood but it was not very big. The other was a Marple of about 25 years old.

Eric Loveland and his crew arrived about 9:30 a.m. and set up. They worked under close quarters between our house and a neighbor's garage, right on the property line. They had to do extensive trimming of a nearby tree before being able to take down the decaying hackberry. They worked steadily and professionally in cold and windy conditions. They finished about 5pm. Not only was the tree removed but the stump sawed off straight so I can use it for a flower stand. They cleaned the roof and gutter of the neighbor's garage of twigs and sawdust and previous snowfall. They raked and swept the neighbor's patio from blowing debris. My yard was raked completely clear of all debris. I learned from Eric that none of the debris or residue from tree removal ever goes to the landfill. The chips are recycled for mulch, and the logs are donated to a church that supplies wood for families that need it for heating. Erin has done previous work --analysis of all my trees, including sending samples to Purdue -- for me. He is knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use him again for tree work, and highly recommend Brownsburg Tree Care!

Eric and his crew trimmed two large trees. Everything came out perfect and now I have plenty of firewood for the next few seasons. I would highly recommend their services.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went very well. They were very knowledgeable. The first man who came out was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Their knowledge stood out to me. There was no additional charge.

We used Brownsburg tree service a few years ago & they did a great job removing our birch tree. We had lost a Maple tree which was about 9years old from the droughts, winter and needed it removed. Called three times & left messages. very disappointed that they didn't even call back

Eric came to my house in early spring to walk the yard and complete the free estimate process. I was impressed with his recommendations and felt confident in his certification as an arborist. Though we had considerable issues trying to set-up a time this spring due to weather and lots of bookings (multiple calls to the office and a long wait list), when the work was finally scheduled this summer, it was very professional and well done. The crew allowed me to provide input and they made sure that I was satisfied with the work and clean-up before they left. I am particularly happy with the old crabapple; it looks like a completely new tree and the apple scab has been drastically reduced now that they pruned it for proper air circulation. Brownsburg tree care had the best estimate for the work after comparing several vendors; however, I would suggest booking early. I plan to use this service again in the fall/winter for tree removal of several ash trees.

The entire team for Brownsburg Tree Care was professional and efficient. They arrived at the designated time and began working completing the job within a couple of hours. We felt that they knew exactly what we wanted and went about satisfying our request. Their prices were competitive and less than other companies where shrub removal was concerned. We would definitely have Brownsburg Tree Care trim our trees again in the future.

It was excellent. It was a pleasant experience and the service was great. They are the first ones I've ever used.

Our back yard is on a hill and not easily accessible. Brownsburg Tree Care was the lowest bidder, by a lot. We set up a day for removal and unfortunately it was raining pretty steadily. The tree crew did not want to risk it for safety reasons, due to the slippery ness of the hill. It took a while to get the removal rescheduled. When the crew arrived on the next scheduled day, the weather cooperated. They arrived early and finished around noon. The yard was left in very good shape and the stump ground as we agreed to. There was practically no debris.

I had no response from a voice message I left 2 weeks previous seeking an estimate to treat my ash trees for the Emerald Ash Borer. I did speak to the owner while in my neighbor about this lack of response or acknowledgement of my message. He stated that they were overwhelmed with calls and couldn't get back with me. That to me, is not good customer relations. If just a call informing me of their inability to provide that estimate.

I have used Brownsburg Tree Care many times in the past. I have tree care contract with the company. They do all my tree work. They did a deep fertiization and insecticide spraying of all my trees. I also had some pruning and they chipped this brush up. The area was left very clean. I have a lot of coniferous trees which need proper care. I can tell the difference in my trees from the neighbors who do not do this.

Items were moved by the crew that could be damaged by falling debris and replaced when the job was complete. The work was done quickly and all debris from the tree was removed. The crew was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree maintenance. They are so good that scheduling can be a problem, but they are definitely worth the wait and the job will be done right. Keeping healthy trees has been a challenge for several years, Brownsburg Tree Care know what they are doing , provides accurate quotes and services are priced reasonably. When you call for a quote you can actually speak with a real nice person in the office too!

The lady said it would be a little while before the work would be done due to the winter that we had and she said they were very busy. It was very easy to schedule over the phone as he came within a few days and the lady called back the next day to give the quote.

They arrived on schedule, were very professional and completed the job quickly. The results are great; the tree has never looked better. They cleaned up everything, including some limbs that were in my neighbor's yard. Great job!

When setting up the appointment it was made clear that they were playing catch-up with the winter weather and I would be notified the evening before they were to be able to complete the job. True to their word I was notified the evening before with a time frame they would be here. They were very knowledgeable and professional and not only cut the tree but left wood we requested for future art work. I had two piles of branches and debri laying in the yard and they even cleaned that up. Above and beyond their requested work. The whole crew did a great job and I plan on using them in the future.

They were good. They are coming back towards the end of the month and take another one down.
