Description of Work: They took down a number of trees from our yard, and trimmed some others. The process for tree removal is pretty amazing: they cut off the top part of the tree first, and use a huge crane to lower it to the ground. Very precise, so no worries about it falling on house, wires, etc. They cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards

Description of Work: They were very prompt and professional. I called on Saturday, they left an estimate at my door on Sunday. I called to accept the offer on Monday and the tree was removed on Tuesday.

Description of Work: Evaluated last fall for Crab Apple blight. "On the calendar" to be sprayed this Spring. Called service 4/10 as we had not seen them. No answer, left message, no call back. Phoned today and spoke to female who told us they are too busy and it's too late.

Description of Work: One of the few people I trust to trim my trees correctly and keep them healthy. As usual, they did a great job with the trees at our home & were able to work us into their schedule fairly quickly. It can be difficult to connect with them via phone to set things up, but they are very efficient once the process is started.

They came out and discussed my options...trim versus cut down then gave me a fair written estimate. They called the night before, showed up on time and did a great job removing all the branches and saw dust. Also I asked while they were on the tall equipment could they please clean out my gutter. They did a great job cleaning out years of built up seeds and leaves with no added charge. Thanks for your great service!

Description of Work: Treated ash trees. The on-site crew was good, but after they left, I called the office with a question and they stilled haven't called back. I have called at least 6 times since May ( it's now Jan.). They have not sent a bill yet either. I had used them prior to May too & the work was good, but again the office contact was poor. Very frustrating.

Description of Work: We had a 15 year old Ash tree that was damaged severely by wind during a thunder storm. I called Brownsburg Tree service since they were the same company that had been treating our Ash tree for the Emerald Ash Borer. According to Mike at Brownsburg Tree Care, the damage from the storm was too great...the tree would not recover. So, after discussing this with my wife, we decided to have the tree cut down and the stump removed as well. The work to remove the tree was completed in just a few hours and while we were sad to see our beautiful tree gone, Brownsburg Tree Service did an excellent job.
