I had an approximately 35-40 tall tree that was situated about a foot away from the corner of my garage that was half rotten, so I wanted to have it removed before it came down on my garage! Brownsburg Tree Care did such a great job, that when I came home from work I wouldn't have even thought there was a tree there to begin with! They ground up the stump of the tree, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. They neatly stacked the wood I requested to keep behind the garage, and removed a pile of brush that I had as well for minimal extra cost. Their price was very reasonable for the work that was done. Though they were quite busy because of all the storms we had this past summer, they were accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I appreciated Wendy and Eric keeping me updated, as it was raining on the original date I had scheduled, and they were able to come out later in the week. I would definitely use them again!

On the evening of July 20th, we had a large limb fall onto our roof. The limb was still barely attached to the tree, and it was hanging several feet directly above our electrical lines coming into the house. I called Brownsburg Tree Service around 7:00 am the following day, and they arrived around 9:00 am that same day. I was glad to see that they approached this delicate situation cautiously, yet professionally, taking their time to ensure that the limb was removed without any damage to my property. They cleaned up all of the debris. This was the most professional and customer-oriented group I have ever used for tree services. I have recommended them to others and plan to use them again in the future.

We received an appointment time shortly after we called for an estimate. Unfortunately the appt day/time didn't work for us but a change was made without difficulty. Eric came to the house to look over what we wanted done and gave us his estimate. He made recommendations but offered alternatives for things we hadn't planned to do/didn't want to do yet. A date was set for the work. Crew of three arrived on schedule. Not only did they do our work but when asked if they could look at our neighbor's tree and do some work there the same day the response was "Sure we can do that". We were thrilled with their work, their cooperative, agreeable approach to requests and the quality of their work. The clean up was excellent-based on how the yard looked afterward, you'd never guest there had been massive tree trimming and tree removal done. The cost was higher than the estimate due to a miscalculation but the price was still lower than two other estimates and the crew members were so pleasant that this mistake wasn't an issue. My husband used the word phenomenal three times in describing the work and said "it was the best experience (with contractors) we've ever had".

I had to wait approximately 1 month, (but was told so) as they were very busy due to the storms. Aaron and his crew spent most of the day doing work I wanted done, and cleaned up (almost) every chip and wood dust possible. I'm amazed how professional they are.

It was real good. They did an excellent job and were pleasant to do business with. They also did a great job of clean up. You couldn't even tell anyone had been here, except for the fact I had 2 trees gone. I would recommend them.

Only took them a few hours and the work was done correctly.

They got all the work done in one day and did a wonderful job. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up everything when they were done. The trees that they cut down the cut for firewood and stacked them behind my barn for me. They were amazing.

They were always on time, there were a couple storms at the beginning but they have done as much as possible to work around them, they have been very helpful in saving us money in telling us alternative ways to do things. I would use them again and recommend them.

After making arrangements for them to come out we had a substantial amount of rain. The day before our appointment, even tho it was on a Sunday Wendy called with a concern about the amount of moisture on our lawn. They did not want to take a chance on damaging our lawn with their equipment. She suggested that I call them when I felt the lawn was solid enough to support their machinery. When they showed up we went again over what we what we had previously agreed upon. After they finished the agreed upon work they asked me to come out and see if there were any more branches I wanted removed. Then then advised me of any problems in regard to the balance my requests woukd make. They also did some trimming of some small bushes in our garden without charge. After all the work was completed they did a thorough job of cleaning up. A very professional job and I would highly recommend them.

Brownsburg Tree Care removed 5 trees, including grinding the stumps and removing a lot of debris. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took much care in removing a tree near our home and a lot of storm debris. They did the work exactly as estimated. We highly recommend Brownsburg Tree Care and will use their services again.

I was called 2 days before the work was to be performed by the owner, Wendy. Work was done on the day scheduled and when I got home, I found the tree had been taken out exactly as I had asked; in fact, the clean-up was done so well, that I could hardly tell that a tree had been there except for the stump. The work was done very professionally and to my specifications. I would definitely hire this company to perform any other tree trimming or removal that I may have in the future. A very positive experience!

We saw this company working on a property near us, and they gave a very professional impression. Since we needed work done, I approached one of the men and asked if he would look at our situation and give us an estimate. When their job was done, he came over and gave us an estimate that was very much lower than I had been expecting. The work was scheduled within a two-week window. We received a phone call within the stated time frame, and the company showed up exactly when they promised. The work was very carefully done, especially important since power lines were involved. Cleanup was thorough and no damage was done to any of our property. This was a very good job by a first-class operation.

I have nothing but praises for this company. My estimate was done in a timely manner and the work scheduled immediately. They showed up on time and did a superior job in every respect. Clean-up was excellent. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I already have my next project scheduled with this company.

I was extremely pleased from start to finish. They were very prompt with my initial estimate and I really appreciated that this was a Saturday option. Very polite and professional. The job was done soon after while I was at work, and I came home to beautifully trimmed trees. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. I had taken down most of the dead branches on a birch in my elderly mother's back yard, and needed it taken the rest of the way. It was important that the work be done without fuss or supervision. Brownsburg Tree Service was not the lowest bid, but had an opening the next day to perform the work. They did it as scheduled despite rain during part of the day, did an excellent job on all job requirements, billed my charge card promptly after first calling to make sure I had examined, and was satisfied with, the work, and sent correspondence to follow up to acknowledge billing.

Took down the tree one day and removed the stump another. I wasn't around either day. Each time they came, the yard looked better after they left than when they came. Great performance.

Returned my call promptly, came within the same week and left me a neatly written, detailed estimate. The work was done about one week after I agreed to the estimate.

They worked unbelievably hard, and accomplished more in three and a half days than most other tree services (based on my experience) would have done in a week. Also, they left all work areas absolutely spotless. They stacked wood that I could not have budged. Of all the companies I've worked with in the last ten years, Brownsburg Tree Care may be the very best in terms of responsiveness, work ethic and job quality.

The company previously performed a post-storm emergency removal of limbs from our roof and yard. At that time we requested a quote for the above work. That quote was delivered promptly, but we put the work off for several months. At our second meeting about the tree removal, we were told they couldn't get to the work for about a week. They surprised us by removing the trees just two days after that meeting. The stumps were ground the following day. We received great service from this family-owned company and would not hesitate to use them again.
