The elm tree was dying and leaning over the house. I saw Brownsburg Tree Care next door trimming trees, so I phoned and Mr. Loveland came over that same day to give me an estimate. He was polite, professional and obviously very knowledgeable about trees. His offer seemed very reasonable and I was told the work could be done in approximately 2-3 weeks. (We actually ended up delaying the work because rain had softened the ground and we didn't want the heavy equipment on the lawn. Mr. Loveland was very understanding with our request to delay the work.) Brownsburg Tree Care cut down the tree, removed the debris, and trimmed the four lilac bushes in one day. They returned in approximately one week to grind the stump. They did a wonderful job with the removal and cleanup. I would ask them to perform more tree service without hesitation.

Mr. Loveland arrived as scheduled for the free estimate. After we scheduled the work to be done, they called to let us know what week the work would be done. Then they called 2 days before to let us know the day they would be doing the work. They arrived as scheduled and completed the job as contracted. They were polite and professional. We would use this company again and recommend this company.

Always happy with their work. Very knowlegable about the trees and the hazards of removing them. They have taken down several very tall locust trees for us in the past few years. They also remove limbs that are too near the house (part of the quoted job). Shows up when they say they will. Very competitive pricing.

I chose Brownsburg Tree service because of their price, I had not used this company, so I was a little anxious to see what was their "finished" result would be. I was so impressed with the quality and care that the men took while removing the tree. They were very safe, courteous, and went above and beyond of what I had expected them to do.They took extra care in removing the huge Catalpa so they could save two of the three apple trees. We even had Tiger Lillies around half of the Catalpa tree, none were damaged. They raked the yard of limbs, and leaves, I did not have to do anything to my yard after they left. I will definitely have Brownsburg Tree Care (317-858-8010) do all of my tree work in the future.

Eric was very professional, very effective, he cleaned up everything, he and his helper were very gracious.

This is my second dealing with Brownsburg Tree Care, and it went as well as the first. This is a good outfit to deal with.

We couldn't have been happier with the work they did. He kept in good contact with me while we waited for the February weather to cooperate and shortly he gave me a definite day and time for the job. They arrived on time and ready to work. Their vehicles and equipment were well maintained, one vehicle actually appeared to be brand new. We will definitely have them back if the need should arise.

The hawthorn trees have a multi-trunked habit and after trimming they are beautiful and graceful. Aaron is certified as an arborist and the trees look really good. The pine that was cut down was cut to fall away from my house. This was actually the second time they did work for me. The first time they trimmed the dead wood from a massive willow and maple trees in the back yard. Everyone at Brownsburg Tree Care was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. All work was well done and professional.

They were great. I felt like my own family members were here doing the work.

The job went excellent! Brownsburg Tree Care bent over backwards to do the job right, and especially did a great job cleaning up sticks, sawdust, and leaves! The owners are great to talk to, and are very sensitive to customers' needs. The lady who answers the phone on call ins is very personable, and really knows customer rapport. They did a great job keeping me informed of scheduling and what they were going to do. I've hired at least 3 other tree care companies in the past, and Brownsburg is the best!

Small operations. Owners were on vacation out of town, thus left messages. However, they still returned calls and contacted staff to come out and give the quote and then later to do the work. They also removed another stump of from a previous tree. They check first about dead limb that had birdhouse before removing it.

Extremely well. I had used Brownsburg Tree Care about a year ago to take out a rotting tree near my garage, with equally great results, so I decided to go with them again after getting a free estimate from Eric. The crew was able to come out within 3 business days. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up the tree in both backyards, and left nothing lying in the yard. At my request, they even cut the pieces short enough so I could use it for firewood and stacked it up. They are experts at what they do, and I appreciated their thoroughness to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Brownsburg Tree Care!

I e-mailed for an estimate to remove dead wood from existing trees. My message was returned same day via telephone. All was good until I asked if they would come to my location (Paragon, IN). They said it was too far. I think their "service area" information should be updated to say "portions" of Morgan County.

I called and spoke with Wendy who coordinated a date for an estimate only 4 days later. She was extremely nice, presonable, and professional. She spoke about the various services they offer and agreed to give various estimates seperating out each cost: one with tree, stump removal with and wihout cutting into firewood, one with only tree & stump removal, and one with tree remoal only. I was glad that I did not have to be present for the estimate and also impressed that they provide estimates on Saturdays. I had obtained estimates from 3 other companies and Brownsburg was almost 1/2 the cost of their competitors. They also did not try and talk me into extra services. They came out and removed the entire tree and stump for only $405. The job was done beautifully. I can't even tell there was a tree there.

Great job. Did what they said when they said it would be done. Very responsive. Cleaned up everything very nicely - hard to tell they were here except for noticing I no longer had 4 trees with significant damage.
