Eric and the crew came when they said they would and finished the job as directed. They always do an excellent job of cleaning up all the debris, cutting the trees off at ground level and cleaning up afterwards.

Called the day before to alert me that they were coming, informed me that my drive would be blocked for most of the day. Appeared promptly and left the drive open until they knew I did not need to get my vehicle out. Worked quickly and cleaned up so well that if it hadn't been for the stumps one would never had known they had been here. I have used this company several times and am so pleased that I don't bother to get estimates from others anymore. When I did get other estimates, I found their costs to be mid range.

They arrived on time on the day scheduled; cut the tree down and ground the stump without a problem; and left the area cleaner than it was before the started the job.

Very well. Had to wait a few weeks due to weather and fact that other customers were ahead of me. But all the workers were professional and competent, polite, responsible, cleaned up the work area, and did not damage anything. This is not been my experience with other tree companies, particularly Ping. I have used this company for all tree issues for several years and have been extremely pleased with the service. Brownsburg charges more than some companies, but I can always depend on a friendly, professional job, and that's a rare commodity these days.

The job went very well. They were very quick and professional. My yard was in great shape when they were finished and the job was done exactly as they had quoted. They even ground out a large surface root from the removed tree in the front yard that we had not discussed. That was much appreciated and done at no extra charge. They also allowed me to pay after the job was done without being there with a check. I just mailed the payment to them on the invoice they left in my door. Very convenient.

I called Brownsburg Tree Care the day after the tornado ripped up several very large trees and layed them across the driveway, cutting off access to my home. Eric came out that day and gave me a free estimate which I felt was very fair. They then called later to confirm they would be out at 8am the next day, which was just what they did. The entire crew was very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I was very satisfied with the work and would absolutely and without hesitation hire them again.

Excellently. The work was done as discussed, the price was very reasonable for the work performed, and the job was completed in perfect satisfaction. The cleanup was also fantastic, and other than the tree work having been done, there was no evidence they had been there. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Brownsburg Tree Service removed a healthy ~60' tall /16" in diameter cherry tree that had fallen due to storm damage. Tree fell on a detached garage and shed on Thurs morning and they were able to get to it the following Monday morning. Emergency service was available, but due to cost we opted to wait. Eric's crew was able to quickly and efficiently remove the tree/brush/debris in less than 3 hours. I've used Brownsburg Tree service for over a decade and they have always been a pleasure to work with...they are professional, prompt and well priced. I would highly recommend this tree service.

Eric and his crew were great! They have the equipment to do this big job (crane, bucket truck, scissor lift and chipper etc) and always cleaned up the yard after each day of work. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent work!! The trees that were trimmed look great!! And they did a super job removing the shrubbery. They cleaned up everything afterwards and didn't even leave a mark in the grass. Highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again!

Brownsburg Tree Care was very responsive. Eric came out the next day after I called for an estimate and then removed the tree the following day. This is the second time that I've worked with them.....both times they were very responsive and kept you informed of when the work would be done. They also left the lawn in good shape and cleaned up the debris very well. Would definitely work with them again and highly recommend their services.

Eric and the crew arrived on the day scheduled, and started work on various parts of the job. Some trees were in a wooded back yard behind our house, and they used a large crane to assist in cutting and removal. All was done in one long day of work with no damage to our yard and complete cleanup afterwards. All tree trunks and branches were removed from the property. All the workers were very considerate of our property. as they worked. We would recommend them to others ...especially with tree work needed in areas difficult to access.

The company was very efficient and professional and always cleaned up the area before leaving for the day. They used several pieces of heavy equipment to remove hard to reach trees and larger trees. The work took 4 days.

They removed a large tree carefully without damaging surrounding bushes and grass and did a superb clean up job.

It worked out wonderful! They are very efficient and they take safety very seriously. They cleaned up everything that they cut down and they raked the driveway. They are a little pricey but well worth it.

Fantastic job, I can't believe how beautiful and sleek the remaining trees look! These guys know what they are doing, were polite, hardworking, and punctual. Extreme care was taken to make sure that my yard and garden were not damaged in the process. They brought dirt and filled a few gouges made by enormous pieces of tree trunk as they hit the ground, and even found some grass seed to put on the spots! Was a little worried as 60 ft tall tree was right next to my house, but they brought in all the right equipment, without damaging my yard, and did the job without a hitch. Obviously this was a costly job, but when I saw the competence of the large crew, the care for their safety and the safety of my property, and the quality of their equipment, I understood a little better why the price was where it was. I felt I really got value for the money. I can see going many years without needing to call them back, but wouldn't hesitate if necessary.

This is the second time that I've used Eric and his crew at Brownsburg Tree Care. Both times, my experience has been super! They show up on time and do the work quickly and efficiently They have all of the proper equiptment, too. Prices are far better than any other tree contracter that I've used in the past. After the job, they clean-up so that you can't tell that they were there. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I scheduled an estimate visit with Brownsburg Tree Care and they could not have been nicer and more informative. The removals were scheduled and I was told they would call me the day before coming to my home. Then, the monsoon season began. The saturated ground delayed the removal - which was totally understandable. Finally, after several days of sun and heat, I got the call that the removal could be done. I have not moved into the home in Indy, so they removed the trees without my presence. I went to Indy the very next day and I could not have been happier. That huge tree was gone, as were the others. They had cleaned up the yard, there was no mess anywhere, and my yard looks amazing. One huge branch of the ash tree that was overhanging my neighbor's yard will never be a worry for me ever again! The office staff, Kathy!, could not have been nicer. I was kept informed through the whole process prior to the actual event which I appreciated. I recommend this service to EVERYONE! This provider helped us save our pine trees after imprellis damage (unintentional) caused by a lawn care provider. Over the past several years we've had service for our pine trees and now they are very healthy and thriving. We are very pleased with the results and service and help provided by this provider. We had a series of treatment over for the past several years for very reasonable cost.

Left message I needed an estimate. Never got a call back. Went with another company.

This is the second time we have used this tree service. The first time we had a huge communication error and the wrong tree was cut down. The owner came immediately to our house and offered reconciliation. Admittedly, it was part our fault. I was not available when they assessed the tree, told them what kind of tree and location. I had the wrong type of tree but right location. Their customer service and the work they did on the other trees was the reason we used them this year. I would recommend them to anyone, just be there when they or any company assess the trees or put a visible marker on the tree. They were quick, clean and very nice. We will use them again.

Crew was professional. Removed and shredded tree in no time. Thoroughly removed all debris and did a good job of filling in and leveling soil in yard where tree had been. Actual onsite work was excellent. The office communication could have been a little better with returning calls (hence the B rating for responsiveness) but otherwise excellent.

I found this company to be super easy to work with. They returned my phone calls quickly, came to give the estimate, and did the job sooner than expected. The price was lower than a couple others I looked into. The staff was professional and did a good job. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We have used Brownsburg Tree for several years. They have treated our pines as well as our ash trees. We did have our ash trees removed by Brownsburg Tree on two separate occasions. The team was very professional, prompt and did a total clean up. We initially found Brownsburg Tree through Angie's list and we are repeat customers now.
