+ -1 moreThey were great. I always thought it was a good price. When they could get in my house, that was good. If we keep getting delayed and postponed because of all the snowstorm, snowstorms they're back here in the winter months it couldn't trench because of the frozen ground so whenever they could, they'd be in my area. They'd just say "We'll be here in such a day", they never said "We'd be here between 9 and 10 or 9 and 8". I will use them again in the future. As a matter of fact, he's scheduled to come back again when he comes back from Florida to do some in the house stuff for us, little stuff.
Description of Work: Aspen Electric had a bigger trench in the backyard and ran electric in the house down to a workshop, my husband has it at the bottom of the yard and then they had to wire the whole workshop up inside and rewired some of his motors on some of his falls and stuff like that. They have been in my area off and on based on the weather because a lot of the work has to be done outside in the last 6 to 8 weeks, the last probably being 2 weeks ago.

+ -1 moreTHE DAY WAS SET AT THEIR CONVENIENCE. I SAT HOME ALL DAY AND EVENING WAITING AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO SAY THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT.
Description of Work: SET UP SEVERAL DAYS IN ADVANCE AN APPOINTMENT TO REPAIR TWO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN MY HOME.
