 + 0 moreWent very well. Dane is easy to work with, responds to questions and a tankless water heater being a new concept to us he explained how to operate and care for same. We are very happy with the end result.
Description of Work: Our 50gal gas hot water heater developed a leak and stopped working. Called Dane from 3D properties who responded promptly. Gave me advice in regards to replacement options. Dane with an assistant removed the damaged product meticulously taking care to avoid dirtying the carpets in the adjoining basement area. He helped me purchase a tankless water heater and installed same.

 + -1 moreContacted Dane from 3D Properties for the first time when our water heater gave out and needed replacement in a hurry. Dane was very prompt, professional and courteous. The heater we had was a special order Bradford White product which would have taken a while longer than we could wait. Dane worked with me to get an alternate heater of same or better quality very quickly and installed it without any problems. He had to make adjustments in the plumbing & venting to fit the new heater in place as it was of a different height. We are extremely satisfied with his work. He called back to follow up on the work. Pleasure to work with him.
