Great craftsmanship. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a porch or deck done. The weather wasnâ t ideal and he worked right through it. Will definitely hire again when we do another project.

We couldn't be happier that we chose Rack Development and Bryon to replace the deck on our Condo. He was very professional in his approach and the quality of his work was A+. We did a Trex deck with Aluminum railings and the installation was flawless. The project started when promised and he worked hard to complete the deck quickly. I can't emphasize enough the high quality of Bryon's work and what a joy it was to work with him.

We hired Bryon to install a ceramic tiled shower in our previous residence back in 2017. We had to wait 5 months in order to get the project started, and believe me, it was worth the wait! We recently purchased a new pre-existing home and received several quotes from local contractors as well as Bryon to remove two fiberglass shower stalls and replace them with ceramic tiled walk-in showers. We also had him install 600 square feet of subway tile as backsplash in our kitchen. I believe Bryon is one of the few contractors left today that still believes in quality work and craftsmanship as well as a fair and reasonable price for the work he is asked to perform. Bryon and his wife Laura are always a pleasure to work with and will never hesitate to seek their services if ever needed again! Thanks again for another job well done! Never have we had a carpenter/contractor that was dependable, precise, perfectionist and also going above and beyond what was expected! For the first time we are very happy with our deck ! Would recommend them to anyone for carpentry work!

We had Bryon enlarge our deck along with replacing the existing decking and railing, plus build a shed beneath the deck extension. We also challenged him for a different type of railing system and a plant wall. He rose to the challenge and we could not be more pleased with the result. I will not hesitate to hire him again and take advantage of his skill and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with him and Laura.

Rack Development built an 28’x26’ A Frame roof over our patio and they did a beautiful job!!!! From start to finish was nothing but a great experience. I would recommend them for any job that you may need done. Very friendly and polite and on time everyday and let me say again, they do beautiful work!!!
