They've always been helpful.

Completed early. Completed as planned. Customized build. Successfully re-used old tower and some components from 7.5 year old computer that Dave and Ben built for me in 2007. This new computer is amazingly fast and exactly as agreed upon.

We had taken our computer to a local repair shop & were not satisfied. We heard about Dave's Computer World through advertisement & decided to try them. They were very professional & reasonable. We explained the problems we had, & they seemed confident they could fix the problem in approximately 3-4 days. We were told the labor cost up front. We received a call on the fourth day. They were not able to repair our printer which was bought used & rebuilt from another shop which we had used for several years. We are totally satisfied with the cost & repairs made to our computer.

I would die without Dave & Ben. They did a great job, and are continuing to work on sorting out our iTunes issue. They are easy to talk to and are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for computer repair or services.

It went well. He took laptop to his office and took out all pass words and other things that made working on the laptop bad. he did an amazing job getting things so that I could understand and work on the laptop. Very pleased with the work.

We have been customers of Dave's for over 25 years. We have purchased several computers and other tech services over that period of time. We have never had an unfortunate experience and have had nothing but excellent service. They try to get your work completed as quickly as possible and are always ready to answer questions and assist in your computer needs. I am proud to have a company of such quality in our area and hope they remain here for many more years to come.

Repaired HP desk top computer. Replaced power supply. The on off button was not replaced. Dave should have gone ahead and replaced the on off push button even if it had to be special ordered. The push button only works with a lot of pushing and manipulation. Just more problems in the future. Would have preferred to completely fix all issues at one time and be done with it. Now I will have to go back again. However, computer does now work.

dave explaimed everything as he repaired the system. in language that I could understand. time was acout 1 1/2 hours.

This was not an easy problem to fix but staff worked until it got fixed. Were very patient & helpful - very reasonably priced for amount of time spent.

I felt that the price was out of line for an hour and 20 minutes of work. Felt they could have followed up with a phone call, since we are computer challenged and were required to perform further update steps once at home.

We had no problems with the service, They came to us and serviced all 4 of my computers. Thanks Dave
