Description of Work: I bought my house last April and I knew at the time there was termite damage. Pro-Tec has performed service for me three times. Early last fall Ron came and installed termite bait stations around the house and garage and has been monitoring them regularly, and then a bit later I asked him to come and repair the damage to the garage structure inside the brick outer surface, which proved to to be extensive. All the damaged wood, sills, top plate, and most of the studs were replaced with treated wood, and even some of the rafter ends. Then this third time, after I had torn out some of the basement ceiling cover and found two spots of termite damaged wood, we set March fourth for Pro-Tec to come and they again removed damaged wood, reinforced parts of the load bearing structure with treated wood, and replaced as needed. Pro-Tec did this work quickly and thoroughly. They were prompt and hard working, had all the tools and supplies they needed, and cleaned up well when the job was done. I gladly recommend them for termite control and post termite damage repair. I believe they do other structural work as well as damage repair but I don't have personal experience with that, though I would,t hesitate to ask.

Description of Work: They come out to spray for bugs for us every 3 months. They do baiting system for termites as well, which is $200 for the year because of the renewal.

Description of Work: We use Pro-Tec for our quarterly bug control/extermination service for the inside and outside of the house. Ron is very professional, and conscientious about our home as he goes about his work. We have indoor cats, so we are always watchful of anything that could harm them. He uses quality materials in his servicing. Ron also maintains our termite control service. He insures that we are shown where there is any termite activity and his termite service has kept these insects at bay. He checks the traps monthly except during the winter when the termite activity is non-existent. He always gives us a report of what he finds. For the inside the house services, he calls in plenty of time to coordinate when would be a good time for us. We are extremely happy with his service and would recommend to anyone else. The prices are fair and quite reasonable.
