What has impressed me most about RE-Construction is the women that work there. Every transaction and conversation that I experienced with the office was made pleasant with kindness and knowledgeable understanding of the roofing process. I heard about RE-Construction when a young salesperson came to my door. That was fortuitous since I knew that my house urgently needed a new roof. An appointment was set and verified over the phone with the office at RE-Construction for an estimate. Once we had the estimate RE-Construction was helpful with the process of filing an insurance claim to get the roof put on. The team of roofers were very efficient and used a gentle touch on my historically old house. They were led by a woman, which left me feeling great, because her influence of care and attention was palpable during the entire process. She led from the ground and fed the shingle packets up to the roofers using an electronic lift that was attached to a ladder. I liked the sound of it. It was amazing to watch the machine zip! It was very efficient. I felt safe and sound while the roof was put on and afterwards the team did a fine job of cleaning up. They left their trailer overnight, since they finished the roof at sunset, and returned for it in the morning to double check on the cleaning up and to gather all of their equipment. Every step of the way Re-Construction took care with my case and improved my home with a new roof. I have since, through the mail, received a warranty for the new roof, a thank you card, and a birthday card. What a great touch! I recommend Re-Construction as a solid and good place to get a roof put on with care.

Zach, our salesman, was informative, but not pushy. The customer service was great. Any and all questions were answered. They explained the various products available and walked us through the entire process. When the work began, they were prompt and neat. They gathered all debris and were especially careful of all shrubbery. Working with Re Construction was a positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great! The preformed all work with the utmost respect for our wishes. They worked nonstop to beat the bad weather and returned to clean up the yard after the snow had passed.

I was contacted by Zack from Reconstruction Services after he noticed the condition of our roof on a drive-by. We knew we were going to need either roof repair or a new roof in the future. Zack was able to get an appraiser from our insurance to come out and do an inspection. It was determined that much of our damage was from hail and weather. We were delayed by weather for a few weeks, but when the crew arrived, they were the most efficient and courteous group I have ever worked with. The yard was covered during the tear-off, and they did not leave one piece of debris behind. The job was done in a total of 5 days, counting the time for replacing the gutters and flashing. Kudos to the gutter crew. They felt that our dormers needed wrapped in metal to make them match the new gutters and did it at no extra charge with remnants they had on hand. The house looks great and I would recommend Reconstruction Services to anyone needing roof or gutter repairs. We have received many compliments on the house. The staff and job site crews are the best.

ReConstruction was quick and thorough once we could get the job started. They were also very helpful and patient throughout the process of working with my insurance company after hail damage. Later, I hired ReConstruction again for some door and gutter replacements, and work was done completely to my satisfaction.

This was a long process but as of today I have a new roof on my house and I Love it!!! Can't wait to see if they get me approved for new garage roof and maybe siding for my house. Still waiting on insurance to approve the rest. Hope it doesn't take as long!!! I know Re Construction is fighting for me so I am not worried about it. They are the best!!!

Hail Storm came through, and I must admit... I was skeptical about using this company as they just expanded to my area and their headquarters seem to be out of Brazil, IN. I was wrong. Their entire team was proffesional. From the guy that worked with my insurance company, to the guy cleaning my yard as they installed. My yard looked better than before they started and no corners were cut. Highly recommend.

State Farm was giving a heck of a run around. My adjuster denied my claim because he said my roof was too old. They didn't have any problem collecting my monthly payment for 53 years though. Justin told me he'd help and boy did he. Roof, gutters, and interior work all covered. Guess who just got added to my Christmas Card List!
