Hello, and thank you for your review. We completed this job in late Fall, 2011 (4 years ago). Total bathroom remodel, tile, fixtures, etc. Job was completed on schedule, customer paid, and that was really the last we heard of it; this is the first time any quality issue or unhappiness with the job was brought to our attention. Job pictures, before and after, were also posted on our website, so I obviously thought it was good enough to show future customers the quality of the custom tile, etc. Contacted the customer this morning via phone with the number we had on file and left a message stating that if there is anything I can do to try and make them satisfied please call me or email me; Not sure why 4 years later this has surfaced and why they didn't just contact us directly so we could fix any problems, as we are more than willing to do so. I can't fix what I don't know about, and all we ever ask is that if a problem does arise (either during the job, or years later) please give us a chance to fix the issue; we take our reputation seriously and are always willing to listen to a customer and try to remedy the situation, at our own cost if necessary.
