Description of Work: Paitson & Son replaced/solidified rotting wood in the front entry way of my rental property then replaced the flooring. The provided a very detailed quote beforehand and the final price was the quote. You have to pay half down and the other half when complete. Once agreed on the contract, they provided the work within a week and were very professional. The tenants were happy with the new entry way and I will use them again. | |They also replaced a roof on another rental property of mine summer 2014 and I had the same positive experience. Description of Work: Kitchen remodel with my materials. Overall a great job within budget and timeline. Had originally contracted another company but they could start or finish by their stated timeline. Step in Steve from Paitson and Sons. They started within two weeks of original quoted date and finished the job on time. Only clitch on whole project was team did not show up one day and did not let us know. Other than that one incident work was great and communications was good. Would highly recommend them to do any remodel.

Hello, and thank you for your review. We completed this job in late Fall, 2011 (4 years ago). Total bathroom remodel, tile, fixtures, etc. Job was completed on schedule, customer paid, and that was really the last we heard of it; this is the first time any quality issue or unhappiness with the job was brought to our attention. Job pictures, before and after, were also posted on our website, so I obviously thought it was good enough to show future customers the quality of the custom tile, etc. Contacted the customer this morning via phone with the number we had on file and left a message stating that if there is anything I can do to try and make them satisfied please call me or email me; Not sure why 4 years later this has surfaced and why they didn't just contact us directly so we could fix any problems, as we are more than willing to do so. I can't fix what I don't know about, and all we ever ask is that if a problem does arise (either during the job, or years later) please give us a chance to fix the issue; we take our reputation seriously and are always willing to listen to a customer and try to remedy the situation, at our own cost if necessary. Description of Work: New roof which included complete tear off and some under lay repairs. The job went smoothly. Eli Kirby was very attentive in keeping me up on the details involved in the roofing job. The complete job also included guttering soffit fascia and some vinal siding. Once complete it gave the house an overall refreshed and improved appearance.

Description of Work: They put on a new metal roof on the house & built a new roof over the back porch. Once the weather cooperated, they were out & completed the job in under 3 days. They accidentally covered a vent that they thought was no longer in use, but came right back out & fixed it after I called them.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for gutters and vinyl soffit. Steve was there the next day with a reasonable estimate. Work began approximately a week an a half later and was finished in 3 days. I was very pleased with the work and the workers. They answered all my questions and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I will definitely use Paitson and Son for future projects.

showed up on time for quote. Made requested modifications to quote to make it more clear regarding tiles to be used and workmanship warranty. Each day of work showed up on time. Did a fairly good job at cleaning up mess each day. The lift is very nice for the employees. It makes it easier to get the tiles from the ground to the roof, with little lifting. The lift does do wear on the lawn. Roof looks great and no leaks.

They did a very good job. They are clean and timely. Basically the price quoted me was the price I paid. They were there when they said they were going to be there and after they were gone the property was just as clean as it was when they got there.
Description of Work: Paitson & Son Home Improvement came out in April to replace the shingles on the roof.
