He had to replace some pieces of the heater for our pool. It took a while even though he figured out what the problem was right away. The piece that he sent was defective, and it took a while to figure out that it was defective because he thought it would be good as it was brand new from the factory. He is a very nice man. He spent a lot of time on it and didn't charge us beyond the initial work that he did because he thought it wasn't our fault. He was very professional and very accommodating. He kept working on it until he got the problem solved. He is busy, so it did take a little bit but he was good about getting back to us. He is very good. I will be hiring him to do some things on our pool this summer that we normally would have somebody else do. His prices are similar to that of everybody else. He doesn't seem overly expensive. We haven't gotten a bill for the work yet.
