Rick was very prompt and professional. He identified radon levels were high, but as an honest person, won't preform the mitigation after he identified the issue to avoid conflict of interest. I will definitely use him on future tests.

+ -1 moreThe inspection took and a little more than an hour and went smoothly. Rick was very thorough in telling us what was right and wrong with the house and what to do to fix the problems.
Description of Work: Rick came to our new home and looked all around the outside before moving inside. He checked each room thoroughly. Rick checked the plugs, the light fixtures, the oven, water and gas heaters, vents, furnace, windows and a lot more. He talked to my fianc and I some as he went and then a lot more when he was finished with the inspection.
