+ -1 more.This was a new experience for me . It was also not being provided at my own home, but at an older relatives home I was trying to help with the problem of raccoons. There was flustration on my part at times, because I wasn't at the problem site on a daily basis and the older relative did not always see the traps being checked on. I would have liked to have a little more communication from the service provider other than when i contacted them for information. The service provider answered our questions to help us understand the animals behavior, how any caught animals would be dealt with and what could be done to help prevent theis from reoccuring. I would like to say thank you for your help with this problem.
Description of Work: Placed trap on ground where evidence of amimal climbing onto home roof was seen. Checked on trap, if not daily every other day. Removed deceased animal not in trap, but found on home roof. Moved trap to rooftop near vent where animal had originally been seen entering home crawlspace. Contract was for 30 days. Near end of 30 days checked crawl space for signs of activity or damage. For additional fee covered roof vents to help prevent it happening again. No fee was charged for removal of deceased animal since not trapped. There is an additional fee for animals trapped and relocated.
