+ -1 moreI've had them numerous times. They were just maintaining the heaters. I love the fact that I can call hem and tell them what's going on and they'll try to get someone out here as soon as they can. They have very good customer service.
Description of Work: I used Byers. The last visit was for a check up on the two units.

+ -1 moreCalled for an appointment the day of the appointment I was going to be late so I called his office to reschedule and I was told he would still come out and he would call to make sure I was home. he was in my drive when i got home and seem aggravated that I was late. He came in looked at furnace and went outside looked ac unit. Ask me what kind of thermostat I wanted never came back in house. He was at house less than 15 min. Said he would call with estimate never heard from him again. This was the owner himself. I did not use this company! If this is the kind of customer service they offer, didn't want to see their workmanship.
