Installed on-demand water heater but charged extra to have electric ran to the unit. Replaced CPVC of house to water heater, shower, toilet, bath sink, and kit. sink, afterwards many of the fittings leaked. Got another estimate to finish work and repair leaks, cost was $1800.00. Workers left several items in crawl space which another plumber found. Called for them to pick up items but took three weeks for them to show up and when they did they accused us of stealing several items. We also called on several occasions to try and resolve problems only to be yelled at continually. Had them hang some dry wall and was unhappy with the result because there were several bubbles under tape and it took me two hours to sand down. They also accused me of sanding down their work too soon but if you will notice in the pictures that was far from the truth. They sent a bill that stated NET 30 on the invoice only to demand the bill be paid quicker or they were going to add 30% to the amount owed. This business is deceitful, liars, and rude.

Had a good experience in the past. Don't know what is going on now with this company. Was led on for a whole week a plumber would be coming and that never happened. I called on a Friday asking if there was an availability for the next week. Was to by the receptionist that possibly Monday or Tuesday and they would call me Friday with a time. Never heard back so I followed up on Monday. She then again said still that day or Tuesday. They never came. Wednesday no call from them. I follow up on Thursday asking about availability and I was told I was never put on for Monday or Tuesday and that I was for Thursday Friday. That wasn't even a guarantee. I asked if I should look for someone else because I have a non-working water softener. She told me go ahead and look for someone else that they would keep me on the schedule and call me when a time was available. They never called never replied to my email I sent. Nothing was miscommunicated or interpretated incorrectly. If you don't have the availability be honest about it. I'm leaving a negative review due to the disrespect and lack of the communication. I mentioned in the email that I work in the medical field and I don't get any more days off for a few months. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If there was no availability that should have been clearly and honestly communicated and I would have understood. To lead somebody on an entire week and waste their time waiting around is disrespectful and very unprofessional. I will be sharing my experience with people that use this company currently.

From the first estimate to final completion, everything went smoothly, and the whole team was very professional. I always give them a call first when I have a project they may need to be involved in. I am so glad I had Angie's List to find them, because they are truly the best in the area.

Started out with a sewer smell in the basement. In a few days the the sanitary sump pump stopped working flooding the basement with well "nasty stuff we don't talk about". Flood wasn't bad and was contained around the sump, but yuk! Bill cleaned out the system and replaced a faulty float switch, then sealed everything up so no more smell again. The pipes were very noisy and clanged when the pump shut off. Bill and his associate fixed it all! Plump works great, no leaks, no smells, and no clangs!!! Bill did a great job explaining what he was doing and why we were having the problems we were having. Was very careful with the stuff from the sump (yuk again). Thanks again to Bill and his associated and thanks to Bluffton Plumbing for come out the next morning. I will definitely call again if I have other problems.

This is the second time I hired this great group of people. Their attention to detail, suggestions and recommendations were outstanding. After having them look at our circuit breaker box because of a problem we were having with a breaker tripping often, it was discovered that the breaker was burned out, melted wire and the whole shebang. They saved us from a potential house fire. They also recommended that it was more cost efficient to replace the whole box instead of updating each circuit individually. They are conscious of any messes they make and clean everything up before leaving and are extremely pleasant to work with on the phone and in person. I will continue to hire these people for all of my electrical, plumbing and heating woes. Thank you!

If I could give this company an A+++, I would! Very professional, extremely responsive and very punctual! From the estimate to completion of the project, everything that was promised was completed on time. Communication was excellent and organized. Actual time spent working was 8 hours the first day and 7 hours the next day. It was a dream and I've found my new resource for plumbing, heating and electrical for sure! Top notch people!

They were very cooperative and professional and worked with us in our time frame, as more than one trip was required because of delivery issues etc. We really appreciated that they disposed of the old vanity and stool for us.

My old bathroom sink faucet was very old and leaky. I decided to have a professional change it. On the day of the appointment they called so I would know when to expect them. The workman was on time, polite and professional. The job was done efficiently. The mess was all cleaned up. The water deposits from around the old faucet were cleaned. Between the shiny new faucet and the shiny old sink my bathroom looks 100 percent better. I am very happy with their work and would call them again.
