+ -1 moreHE IS AN ORIGINAL BUILDER OUT OF THE CHICAGO AREA. HE IS A HIGH END BUILDER / REMODELER. HE DID NOT COMPLETE THE HOUSE AND WE HAD TO FINISH IT OURSELVES, THEN TOOK THE MONEY THAT WE PAID HIM AND SUBSEQUENTLY DID NOT PAY THE SUBCONTRACTERS IN FULL WHO ARE NOW AFTER US FOR THE MONEY ALTHOUGH WE HAD ALREADY PAID TO HIM.
