In the fall of 2011, our lawn was so bad that we had it tilled up, added topsoil, and reseeded (work done by another vendor). I notified TruGreen of what we had done and they were supposed to notify the local guy to not do any additional treatments. Well, he must not have received the message. When the grass just barely started to come up and the ground was still so soft you couldn't even walk on it, he showed up without notice while we were at work and took his tractor over it. It was so torn up that we almost called the police to report vandalism. The guy who did the lawn suggested that it might have been TruGreen. We called and they admitted it was their employee who had done it. We did not get a refund except for the unused services we cancelled. He did not fix the damage. I would not recommend TruGreen.
Description of Work: We hired TruGreen to do fertilizer, weed treatment, etc on our lawn.
