+ -1 moreTracy Fox and an employee built the deck in just a few days. They cleaned up their trash immediately and always left the yard completely clean each evening. The deck is very well built and the railings are firm and dependable. The new type flooring will not have to be painted again and we like the look of it. We are very pleased with the job Tracy Fox did and would call him again for any future work on the house.
Description of Work: Our deck was built in 1993 when we built our home. It was becoming very dangerous - the railing was not sturdy and we were afraid our grandchildren, when visiting, might fall and hurt themselves. New decking floor and railings and new steps to the ground from the deck were installed.

+ -1 moreOur deck on the back of our house was 20 years old and very unstable. Tracy Fox removed all the old deck and replaced it with a very stable well built deck. The floor is the composite floor which will not have to be painted and the railings are made of pressure treated wood. He and another man finished the deck in only 3 days. They cleaned up each day and when they finished, the deck and the yard below were clean and ready to go. We were very pleased with the price and the quality of the job.
Description of Work: Deck on the back of the house was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. The railings were rotting and very dangerous.The floor was rotting in places and was dangerous.
