Great experience!! We had them come out and do all of our windows inside and out for our spring cleaning. ( 3 story home) The windows look fantastic and we are really pleased. The crew was very polite and respectful of our home which I really appreciated! I have used them a few times for window cleaning and we continue to be thrilled with the results

Awesome!! They showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a great job. The appliances looked like new after they were finished. At the end, they walked me around to be sure that we were satisfied with the job. I noticed a few spots they missed initially, but they were instantly fixed when I mentioned them. They did a great job. Tonya called and had the carpets cleaned at the right time as well. They were very considerate! We put the condo on the market the next day and it sold instantly and they commented about how great the condo looked. Thank you Tonya!

The tenants already did some general cleaning. Tonya talked with me about exactly what I wanted to get done. They did all the work and charged me a reasonable rate, without going over the estimate like other companies. The crew was there early and worked hard the whole time. They were very courteous and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the service. I will definitely use them again.

The two guys were almost done cleaning when I got there. They were very thorough, wiping every surface. They did a great job. Even my husband commented on how clean the rugs looked! I got a smile on my face every time I checked for dust in all the rooms over the next couple of days and did not find any. Tonya was flexible and friendly to arrange things with and the crew did a wonderful job. I would definitely have them back again.

I called Tonya's Touch to please come and do some general cleaning for my mother. She's 85 years old. Bonnie and Susan came and cleaning the kitchen, the inside windows, re-hung her curtains for her and cleaned and waxed her living room, dining area, and 2 bedroom floors. Mother's words were "they worked like Trojans." She was extremely pleased with their service and how her home looked afterwards. I'm sure she will be using Tonya's Touch again.

Bonnie arrived exactly on time, 9:00 am. She had all her supplies with her, including cleaning supplies, mops, rags, etc. She was so incredibly nice. She asked what I wanted done and I explained everything and she immediately got started. She first swept the floors, then moped them followed by wax. She actually sat on the bathroom floor and cleaned it and the toilet around the bottom. Bonnie was professional, very nice, and did an excellent job. I would definitely call Tonya's Touch again and see if Bonnie is available. I was very pleased with the experience and my house looks better than it has in a long, long time!!!

The ladies were very, very nice, just didn't do a great job. I re-did a lot of what was done when they left. I paid for a special deal of 4 hours (2 workers for 2 hours each) and they cleaned a 4 bedroom house, except carpets had just been cleaned so I did not need vacuuming downstairs. 2 of the bedrooms had a bed and nightstand only and are rarely used, so not much there; I also had them skip my son's room, so the only bedroom that had much furniture was the master, which only needed dusting and vacuuming; they spent most of the 2 hours upstairs doing 2 baths and the bedrooms, and I am not sure why. House was not cluttered or all that dirty. They did not finish in time so I ended up paying for extra time- the kitchen was only partially cleaned, and they asked me if I wanted them to go ahead and leave it unfinished or finish up and pay extra!! The special listed on here said they would do deep cleaning of kitchen and appliances, which was not done. When I mentioned this as they were leaving, I was told that 'no one tells them when there is a special, so they don't know what all is included when they are sent here'. I asked for them to clean cobwebs and help me do the 'extras' so I could get ready so I could place the house on the market; this was not done. Ceiling fans had to be dusted after they left, which I was hoping they would do. VERY disappointed. Will not use again.

they were very quick to contact me to schedule an appointment and very prompt when they arrived. Their were more people than I expected and thus they were able to clean the entire house more quickly. I have been used to just having one person (she retired) and I was a little uncomfortable with that many people moving about the house. The cleaning was good except for a few missed cobwebs.

Used the service for several months. Found that the cleaning people were going through our pantry and eating food items. The would even leave the empty cans, straw and cups in our kitchen trash bin. Had security cameras in various rooms and saw them going through personal papers left on a desk. Would not recommend this company. Cleaning was not done very well.

There were two guys cleaning the windows. We asked them to clean out the windowsills and the pocket between the windows, but they didn't do that. It was not a thorough job. One of the ladies that cleaned inside was chatting about stuff and didn't do a thorough job. We asked them to clean the floor boards, and they didn't do those. It was a sloppy job. They showed up when they said they would, but they weren't responsive to the work that we wanted to be done.

Four men, one hour, lots of elbow grease! I was very pleased with the results of their work. I also appreciated that Tonya's Touch told me what they couldn't do for us, but gave me good suggestions for what else to do. Will be using them again!

They were very nice on time and did a great job they are now scheduled on a monthly basis.

.Steve and Stephanie were very professional. They cleaned our house from top to bottom in preparation for us to move in. We had bought the house and had some remodeling work done, so there was fine construction dust along with the regular mess left when someone moves out. They did walls, ceilings, floors, and the inside of the windows. They were friendly and courteous. I will certainly have them back to do my seasonal house cleaning.

Washed high out side windows. Everything went great, the windows look wonderful.

The team did a beautiful job. The stove, oven, and fridge looked like new, floors mopped, carpets vacuumed, cupboards cleaned, bathrooms and kitchen spotless.
