Description of Work: Several years after having the house treated for termites, it became next to impossible to schedule the annual inspection. One year, they did not come to do the inspection until the third appointment. They following year, they tried to reschedule the fifth appointment before they finally did the inspection. They also kept trying to sell an "improved" termite protection method for $1200.00. I dropped TERMINIX and went with a local, family-owned pest control company, Flashlight Pest Control, who provide excellent service. | |
