I have used Ron a few times over the years for my Grandmother's and Mother's AC & heat. He is someone I can trust to visit their homes without me being there to supervise and know that he will not try to talk them into unnecessary repairs. The service has always been fast, thorough, not too expensive, and very friendly!

The technician, Scott, arrived to our home about 30 minutes after I called in reporting that we were having issues. Our house wasn't warming past 63 degrees even though I set it at 72. He quickly found a birds nest in the flue pipe (complete with bird bones) and also told us the draft inducer was on it's last legs because of overheating due to the nest. He got rid of the nest and replaced the draft inducer, which he made sure was still under warranty. We were overall very happy and will call Siscoe with any future issues.

I wasn't as impressed with Ron's hired help as I was with the A/C installation performed by Ron and his son the prior August. He couldn't find my place out in the country. He kept calling me for directions and could follow them. So, he showed up much later than planned. But, the job was done at a reasonable price.

They were great and I would be calling them again. They were able to come out quickly and on time. They were a little pricey but I would rather pay the price and get somebody in here who can do a quality job and I don’t have to worry about. I don’t want anyone taking advantage and saying something is wrong with my system when nothing is really wrong with it. I would use their services again in the future.

Ron Siscoe was very responsive to my phone calls. He was able to get parts that were compatiable with my present heating and A/C system rather quickly. He showed up promptly and completed the repair of my system. He knew that I was in the middle of a remodelng job during the hottest part of the summer and did his best to keep the A/C up and running on very short notice. I had to replace the inside and outside coil because, I couldn't find any replacement parts that use the older R-22 refridgerant. It wasn't cheap but, Ron Siscoe did an excellent job and did it the way that it needed to be done. The first emergency R-22 charge cost a little over $300 and the final installation of a new A/C unit with an outdoor compressor (including a pump to keep water from building up in my main duct trunk) was just under $3700. I plan to use this company for my continued heating and A/C support and maintenance. My prior heatring and A/C contractor of 13 years wouldn't return my calls over the summer because, I knew that I had a problem that needed to be fixed. He basically fired a long and loyal customer. Ron Siscoe is now my heating and A/C contractor.

We did not use Siscoe Heating, but we believe it would have gone well.
