Ron was great to work with he always had a positive attitude concerning the sell of our house. He recently sold our land which I have been told its harder to sell property in some locations. Ron put it on the market, we had a number of people interested, Ron kept us regularly posted and he finally sold the property. I thought his rates were great.

Ron is by far the best realtor I have ever engaged with. I needed to sell my home while already moving out of state and traveling quite a bit for work. Ron handled everything and was so professional and I never had to question if he had my best interests in mind. He quickly sold my home at a great price and I literally only had to show up once to sign a few papers. Everything went well. This was my first time buying a house. Ron explained everything to me in a way I could understand and I would not have been able to do this without him. I may not have got the house without Ron. There were offers already on the table for the house when I went to see it. As soon as we emptied the house I knew Ron would start taking care of the whole process. He brought in less than a week all the contractors needed for painting, cleaning, tree care... The AC broke down right after we moved out -it happens- he took care of it and kept me informed about every bit of progress made. Being very familiar with contractors in the area, the prices for the work he hired were surprisingly low and I gladly paid for them. When buyers started showing up he was really efficient and the negotiations went really smooth - especially considering that we kept contact only by Email, texting or phone. To get to the chase : we sold in 1 month and 8 days (with closing) after we moved out. A performance. The price was the one promised by Ron from the beginning... It was difficult to find a home due to it being a sellers market but both Ron and his amazing assistant, Connie, were diligent in finding something that I would find affordable, charming, and safe. They both paid attention to the qualities I liked and didn't like which I really appreciated. I had a lot of questions while going through the process and I always got my answers quickly. Ron and Connie work very well as a team and I knew who to go to and for what. Ron is very honest about the problems he sees in houses and he knew what I could deal with or couldn't handle. I felt like he cared about my happiness in a home more than just making a quick sale. Ron also spent time with the inspector during inspection which is another example of how he always looked out for me. Ron is very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to something, he would find it and get back with me in a timely fashion. Connie also showed me houses and was knowledgeable as well and could answer my questions as we walked through or would point out the pro's and con's. I had complete, 100% confidence with Ron as my relator and would definitely use his services again. On a side note, both Ron and Connie are great people and now I would be proud to call them friends.
