Mary Edwards was effective, patient, and honest. She quickly honed in on our real-estate needs and desires, and did not waste any time looking at properties that were not of interest to us or far outside our price range. She provided facts about several properties that kept us from making serious mistakes. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave us her honest opinion.

I like everything about her. She grew up here; she lived here all her life. She knows the area. The thing that is most interesting about her is a lot of real estate agents have their idea of what a good house is, what a good deal would be, and that is fine if you have taste and there is grief, but what are the odds of that. In particular, if you are a bit eccentric or if you had a specific taste that is a problem. The thing about Bonnie is that she actually was very much topped into what we were looking for, and she did not just give us our financial range, the price target, and told us what she thought was good. She actually listened very carefully to find out what it was that we wanted, showed us some things to get some feedbacks from us in terms of how close she was to hitting what we were looking for, and it really made what we wanted the priority. She actually does listen to what you are looking for and then show you what you are looking for rather than what she thinks would be a good thing for her. That is very difficult; it is difficult to put yourself in another person's shoes where you really internalize what is they are looking for. She would go out, look at the house, and see if it will work for us or not. We would use her again in the future, and I have recommended her to other people. She is wonderful.
