They got back to me, they came on time and we didn't have any problems with them. We will use them again.

We have had a service contract with them for 9 years since we moved to this house when they did some upgrades to the heating and AC. They have done routine checkups and maintenance - always at the scheduled time with courteous employees. Recently our heat pump stopped working and their service people tried repairing it but found an obvious manufacturer's defect. Then they came for several additional service calls eventually concluding that it was best to replace the unit.. They asked us to pay only for the new unit with no payments for service or installation. We trust them to do competent work and to be fair in pricing.

Called Quality Heating, Scott the owner came out the next day. He examined our existing heating/ac system and asked me to compute how much our electric bill was annually. (we are all electric home) I was able to see the increases and patterns in our seasonal usage. He asked me what I thought the problem was. He explained the company approach to installing the products and the rationale for same. We discussed solutions and outcomes. He was informative and answered all my questions about heating and cooling etc. It was an educational process. I felt he was sincere and interested in finding the best solution for me. Rather then try to quickly sell me a furnace he offered free testing of our home for efficiency and determine air leaks and any areas that might require additional attention to save money. Scott also gave me referrals for rebates, where to find them. He also recommended contacting my electric company to register for free energy weatherization program. Then he gave me brochures and information on choices for upgrades, etc. It was nice to hear that he could arrange financing as well. Turns out I could get a coupon for a free humidifier as well from the website. Scott and a couple of technicians came the next day and tested our home for air infiltration. I was very pleased with the whole process from a to z.. Excellent service. I called in the morning and got service by the afternoon. I do have an annual contract for spring and fall checks of A/C and heating system so I got some priority and a small discount. This was a request for service outside of the pre-paid services. I have used this company for about 4 or 5 years when they did an installation of a new heat pump, new furnance and a few other add-ons. The owner was very knowlegeable about my needs relative to a few other companies that I had talked with. Have been happy with this company ever since. They were even willing to perform work for friends who were out of the country for a few weeks when I discovered their A/C was not working. My friends returned in very hot July to a cool. comfortable house.

The service attendant was prompt, friendly, conducted annual check for furnace, and explained what he has done. Explained what he has found with the furnace switch and made recommendations that benefited with price wise and very reasonable to install and didn’t have to come back.

Two days for complete removal of old system and installation of the new one! Quicker work than I expected for such a big job. Hard-working courteous techs. Definitely recommend for my friends! Excited to see how my energy bills compare.

They seemed rushed the last time they were here. They seemed to be in a hurry. Their prices are about average with the other places in town. It seemed like it was so quick; he was in and out very quickly. They have been real responsive.

When I bought my new home, I knew right away that I wanted to use Quality to install my new heating and cooling system. They had performed for my family for years and had always done great work, so I knew that I wanted them to do the job. I got my estimate quickly and the work didn't take long at all. The workers were professional and left my house in good condition. I have had my house for 3 1/2 years and have been comfy ever since.
