They did a nice job and were pleasant.

The power washing was good - never met the provider. They showed up while we were at work and when we came home, the house was done. If it hadn't been for the outside being clean, we would never have known that they had been there. Never really had contact with the provider other than scheduling.

Bought the $99 deal and am very pleased with the work. The only downside was the bleach smell throughout the house but it dissipated within a few hours.

The deal was $99, which seemed like a great price for the service. I was able to contact the provider via email to schedule it within a day of my purchase. I was impressed with the technician and the level of service I received. In fact, I asked for quote to have the deck pressure washed, and I was able to have that done the following day.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I was actually out of town when they did the work. They brought their own water supply so they didn't have to hook up to my water. They came out when they said they were going to and the house looked good when they were done so they did fine. I had a two story house and the deal was for a one story house so I paid additional. I didn't have too much to compare the price to.

They did a fine job except they did not take care of the pergola over the deck. We did not discuss this particular aspect of the work with them but just assumed it was included. We were disappointed it was not but did not follow up.

Power washed everything as asked. The house looked great.

Couldn't be more impressed with the results and dealing with them. They fit me into their schedule within a day of my call. I was not home when the work was done, but it didn't matter. The house looked 100% better and they did an extremely neat job. I will definitely use them when I next need this work done!

I purchased the $99 Big Deal Exterior house wash, and coordinated the service date with the provider via messaging within Angie's List website. The service tech (Ryan) came on the appointed date, which was a date that I was scheduled to be out of town. He called to clarify the address, and I was able to see the results of the job when I returned to town that weekend. I communicated to the provider that I was disappointed in the results of the wash. The white gutters are aged greyish, and didn't appear any cleaner than before. I knew from reading other reviews that white gutters likely wouldn't come totally clean, but I'd hoped for improvement. The vinyl siding had stains in various places (might have been from bird droppings?), but those drip shaped stains (the primary reason for the house wash) also weren't improved. Initially, the provider and I set a date of Dec 5, 2013 (when I was in town) to have Ryan meet me at the service address to look at the areas I had concerns with. I called Shane, the owner, that morning, since the weather was quite cold and snowing, about whether Ryan would still meet me to review my questions. After discussing the results of the first wash and the inability weather-wise to rewash the house in a timely manner, Shane offered to refund my purchase of the Angie's List Big Deal, which I thought was an admirable gesture, and I accepted his offer of a refund in lieu of rewash. In all instances of communication with Shane the owner, and with Ryan the service tech, I found them to be very service oriented, and intent on ensuring the customer was served well.

They were very good. In the past, I've had bad experiences with other people, so these guys, they gave me a time, they showed up on time. They did what they said they were going to do and they did a good job.

Good value for the price. When we have had the house powerwashed in the past, we have had a "wax" put on after the washing which prevents mold/mildew from returning for the next several years. This company does not do that, but the house was cleaned to our satisfaction.

Powerwasher Plus power washed my vinyl siding & did a great job. The siding looked new! They were on time and very pleasant. They asked if I wanted the small deck in the back of the house washed also. They quoted a price of $40 and I told them to go ahead and wash the deck. They did a great job on that also. Will definitely have them powerwash my house again.

Shawn responded shortly after purchase. We were able to set up an appointment easily, convenient to my schedule. Ryan came to provide the service. He called prior to notify of approximate arrival time. He was professional and thorough. He made me aware of anything he noticed while power washing . My home looks Fabulous.

Ryan called ahead as promised and he arrived at the house on the dot. He did a fantasitic job and went over a couple of areas twice to make sure they were clean. Also, had a slight problem with an outdoor electrical outlet and he took care of it immediately. Highly recommend Powerwasher Plus, they are a great company.

The gentleman that came to the house was very professional and answered all of the questions that I had, including questions about gutters, with a knowledgable response. The service was fast and he did a great job!

They did a good job on the vinyl, but not on the gutters. The dark mildew on the outside of the gutters is still there. Plus the edges of the gutter covers were not clean. They explained that it was corrosion and I should have the covers painted. After they left I cleaned off all the "corrosion" with a stiff brush and the garden hose. It was just an accumulation of dirt and pollen.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They sent me another bill and I answered back that I didn't owe it and I didn't hear back from them. He came when he was supposed to get here. It was one man and he went about his business and got it done. I didn't know they considered a basement a second story so I took it for one story. My basement walls are block and he didn't do anything on them or the basement windows. There is only 1.25 walls above ground. That's why I sent the bill back. He was good but I didn't have a lot of contact with him. Getting the other bill took a little of the niceness away from it. I don't know if I would use them again.

Talked with them over the phone first to outline service & date of service. They were able to come during the day at their convenience and clean the entire outside. No evidence of them being here except a very clean outside exterior! Very worth the money & will use in the future again.

He brought all of the equipment as well as his own water supply. He had a cleaning substance that was mixed with the water and restored the siding to its original appearance which did bnot damage the landscaping. The technician was very professional, punctual, explained the entire process before he began, and answered all of my questions.

They were great! Got all the mold and dirt off the exterior of my home. It looked brand new again!!
