Description of Work: No service was performed. I graded the overall experience an "A" because the provider was up-front with informing me that the charge would be greater than the amount I paid for the Big Deal because I have a 2-story house. He let me know I could get a refund since the BigDeal was not clear on this issue. I told him I would think about it. I cancelled the service date and called Angie's List to request the refund.

Description of Work: I contacted the provider to schedule service but was told that since my house has a walkout basement, I would be charged an extra $60. My house is one level (ranch) with only the walkout basement side that is not fully underground. There is only a portion roughly 10 ft in length that can be considered two levels but yet was asked to pay almost 100% more.

Description of Work: Requested to be first job of the day (8-9 AM) . Finally called about 9:20 to see if they had forgotten about me. Said he would see me in an hour or so (10.15) He was only here for 30-45 minutes ! House looked fine, but two days later noticed some dirty areas returning. Powerwasher was very nice and professional, but the job was not as good as I have had in the past . What should I expect for the price (supposedly 1/2 price of $300.00) ? More than what I got !!
