Description of Work: They replaced our forced vent, natural gas water heater. They were on time and did excellent work. My only concern is that in talking with several other plumbing contractors, they estimated the costs to be no more than $1500 and they were referencing the same water tank model (AO Smith). Nonetheless, Young plumbing was able to fit in my job on my schedule so I was pleased.

Description of Work: The water valve into the condo was leaking, plus the hand sprayer in the kitchen. He couldn't find the main water shut off into the whole building, and we had to wait for someone from the condo maintenance to find the whole shut-off. That's why I thought the price was high; we had to wait and they charged me for the wait even though it wasn't my fault that the main valve was impossible to find. Everything was fixed quickly once that problem was found, though. The young man knew what he was doing and was able to replace just the tube for the sprayer, which was great because matching a new or different sprayer to my faucet would have been difficult.

Description of Work: We have called on Young a couple of times in the last five years for drain cleaning and septic system pump replacement/repair. They come asap, work fast and apparently thoroughly. The last time, they had to dig a hole in frozen soil to uncover the tank cover. They did this in about five minutes.
