Description of Work: Orkin treated for termites. The work appeared to be well done. It was not clear at the time of the contract that the guarantee was dependent on payment of $250+ annually. In a few years on the contract, I could pay for the treatment twice. It is not possible to reach the local office by phone. Calls go through a corporate call center and I experienced long waits.

They are very friendly. They've left extra mouse traps in case we need them. They've explained everything. They are good about coming if you need them in-between calls.
Description of Work: They come every other month until next spring. General pest control.
